To create the ultimate infusion, mix water with an herb such as gentian. After that, mix this infusion with another herb to make a strong infusion. Finally, take that Strong Potion and mix it with one other herb to create the Ultimate Infusion.

You can find Rody's letter on the bed in the village. Then you must give it to the Shepherd in the Vault.
The Ancient
Find the second guardian's troglodyte python.
When you're in the Wind Palace, you must abseiling down next to a wooden bridge. Then slide to the left until it goes jump down a little further to the large stone spike. Shimmy around this tip and rappel further before turning around and swinging to the platform over the cazam. Once you reach the platform, you can head into the cave where you'll find the second Guardian's Troglodyte Piton inside.
