Embark is sending a great new gold cosmetic for Raider Tool called “Gilded pickaxe“to ARC Raiders the player base that has logged into the game at least once since its launch. Players will receive the skin in their in-game mailbox on January 13th at 11:00 AM CET. If you are a new player and want to get a pickaxe, you will need to do this run the game at least once before 23:59 CET on January 13th.
To get a gold-plated pickaxe in ARC Raidersplayers will have to launch the game and wait to get to the main menu. In the upper right corner of the screen, next to their username, they will see a a white mail icon with a gold dot below it.
Click on the mail icon to access the ARC Raiders In-game inbox. Here you will receive an email from Embark celebrating a huge milestone for the game. You will have to click the Claim button in the email add a golden gilded pickaxe to your mod list.
How to Equip a Gilded Pickaxe in ARC Raiders
In case you missed it, in the Cold Snap update, Embark finally added the ability to change the appearance of your Raider Tool in the game's customization tab. To equip a gold plated pickaxe, all you have to do is head to yours Raider tab and select Customization.
In the Style tab, you'll need to select the Raider Tool icon on the left to see all of its skins. Select the gold-plated pickaxe from the list of available skins and you will now have the golden Raider Tool in hand to show that you were one of the first 10 million players to play ARC Raiders.
