Crimson Desert Kuku Lightning Spear Recipe
Before anything else, you must first obtain the Kuku Lightning Spear recipe by clearing the Sanctum of Absolution v Crimson desert. The ability to cleanse Sanctums is unlocked after completing the Missing Seal quest in Chapter 5, and this specific Sanctum is tied to the Witch of Wisdom located in Hernand's Witchwoods.
The Sanctum of Absolution is located far south of Hernando, near the plains where you fight the Reed Devil, and to clear this place you'll need to defeat Antumbra's Sword and restore the large generator after clearing all the enemies. Once you do this, you will automatically unlock crafting recipes for Kuku Spears in the Kilnden Workshop.
Next, head to the Sanctum of Temperance in Deleysia. Clear it to unlock the Kuku Lightning Spear recipe.

Where to get Lightning Spear in Crimson Desert
There is a bandit camp in Pailune that has a Lightning Spear laying on a weapon rack. The camp is called Black Wall Bandit Camp and it is NW of Pailune on the map. Grab it but don't use it as it will break after a few hits.
Members of the Dusksong faction in the Crimson Desert also sometimes carry Lightning Spears. Knock them out of their hands by blocking a shield attack and then pressing Heavy Attack to perform a shield strike.
Where to get batteries and electrical components
By destroying the small bipedal robots in Delesyia, you can get all sorts of mechanical parts. The entire southeast part of the country is full of these guys, so you shouldn't have a problem finding bots. Make sure you pick up the small batteries off the ground.
Electrical components are dumped by large bipedal robots in the same area. Beat them up and use Axiom Force to pick up the large blue batteries they leave behind. You need a Kuku Pot (or any variation of it that includes storage) to seal large items like these.
The Kuku Lightning Spear comes with implicit attack speed and movement speed statsas well as Lightning imbuement effect. This causes every hit with Kuku's lightning spear to deal extra lightning damage (similar to other Lightning weapons). However, the weapon only holds 10 rounds and will regenerate one round every two seconds. Because of how fast the spears hit, you can expect to use up all 10 of your charges very quickly, but since the Kuku Lightning Spear also regenerates charges at a fairly fast rate, you'll still have a very powerful weapon.
Unfortunately, Kuku Lightning Spear has no Abyss Gear slots.
