IN Pokemon FireRed and LeafGreenBicycle is a vehicle that allows trainers to travel faster around the world and gives them access to the bike road. There is a shop that sells bicycles FRLGwhich players will encounter fairly early in the game. However, the undiscounted price per bike in this store is a whopping 1,000,000 poke dollars.
The absurd price is one that no coach can afford to pay, but luckily there is a way to get a free bike with a bike voucher. This guide describes where to find a bike voucher FRLG and how to use it in the Bike Shop.

How to get wheel in Pokemon FireRed and LeafGreen
You can get a bicycle for free Pokemon FireRed and LeafGreen by obtaining a Voucher for a bike from the chairman of the Pokémon Fan Club in Vermilion City and handed it over to the owner of the Bike Shop in Cerulean City v FRLG.
The Pokemon Fan Club is a building with a pokeball logo right above the Vermilion Gym, and the president is an older gentleman with a white beard, sitting next to a lady on a couch. Talk to him about his Pokemon interests and he'll give you a voucher for a free bike.
Reaching Vermilion City
Head to the northeast corner of Cerulean City and enter the house with the blue roof, which is the one where the guard is standing. Go through the back entrance and follow the route shown in the screenshot above to reach Route 5.
Enter the underground passage in the southeast corner of Route 5, next to the Day Care, and it will lead you to Route 6. Continue south and you will Vermilion City.
If the policeman is blocking the entrance, it means that you have not yet received the SS ticket from Bill on Route 25, which can be found at the Sea Cottage north of Cerulean City.
Obtaining a bicycle voucher
Find the Vermilion Gym in the southwest corner of town. Directly above it will be a a house with a green roof and a Poke Ball logo above his door. Go inside and you'll see four people standing around a table.
The Pokemon Fan Club President is a man in a brown suit with a white beard sitting at the head of the table. Talk to him and he'll say a few lines of dialogue about how much he loves Pokémon, and as a reward for listening to him, he'll give you a free Bicycle voucher.
Getting a bicycle
Return to Cerulean City and enter the Bike shop in the southwest corner of the city. Talk to the Bike Shop owner behind the counter and he'll do it exchange your bike voucher for a free bike.
To ride your new bike, open your bag, go to Key Items and select Bike. For easier access, you can also register the bike in a bag so you can immediately equip it by pressing the Select button.
The selling price for the bike (without the bike voucher) is 1,000,000 poke dollars. Because trainers can have a maximum of 999,999 poke dollars Pokemon FireRed and LeafGreenit is not possible to purchase a bicycle at the requested price.
