How to get a surgical table in Palworld
You must unlock it in the technological menu before using the surgery table. It can be unlocked at 36 for 3 technological points, but you will also have to be able to produce refined ingots and a high quality fabric to assemble. You will need an improved furnace (unlocked at 34) to make refined ingots, which are formed using 2 ore and 2 coal per bar. Creating a high quality fabric requires you to unlock it at 36 for 2 technological points and then created it on a high -quality work table using 10 pieces of fabric.

The implants of the craft, sturdy body and implants of Muscleead can be purchased from Vigilante Bounty officers, which can be found on most NPC games. Meanwhile, a runner, endless stamina and quiet implants can be purchased from a trader with the arena found on the eastern edge of the map, south of the desert tower. Buying a single implant of each type permanently unlocks this passive for use in a table of surgery, making them a very useful investment.
