In the destroyed version of Nuketown in Paradox Junction, players can encounter the remote control in 3 different places. After finding and interacting with the remote, they take control of the ARC-XD, which is just out of bounds.
This isn't just a fun side Easter egg Black Ops 7but a necessary part of the main quest for Paradox Junction. All remote RC-XD locations in Paradox Junction
In a future version of Nuketown (destroyed), there are three RC-XD remote control spawns:

IN Yellow house garageon the lower shelf hanging from the east wall.

Inside the dirt when you stand in Green House Backyard area looking at the white fence facing east.

On the right some cement boxes when facing south on Trinity Avenueto the right of the Pack-a-Punch.
Once you find the RC-XD controller, make a note of where it is and get ready. After interacting with the RC-XD, you'll have a limited window to use it correctly, otherwise it will explode when the battery runs out, forcing you to try again next turn.
How to use RC-XD in Paradox Junction

After finding the RC-XD Remote, you will appear as the RC-XD itself.

Once you spawn, head forward where you can cross the ramp into the sand pit.

There's a pile of dirt behind the fences and you'll want to aim for the top of that pile.

Now face the building in front and use L3 to power up and X to jump to land in the garage.

Press R1/Square to detonate the RC-XD while it is pressed against the garage door and red barrel.

The garage is accessible from Trinity Avenue as the second house on the bottom left when facing east.

How to get the Chalk and Rocking Seat in Paradox Junction
The RC-XD Easter Egg is part of the Paradox Junction main quest and is used to obtain the Chalk item. Once the garage is open, head inside and interact with the girl covered in ash. It will disintegrate in the wind and become magical after a few seconds a glowing chalk will appearwhich you can pick up.
Another part of this easter egg involves getting a Swing Seat. To get it, use the teleporter to go to Clean Nuketown (past). In the Yellow House Backyard you will find a swing. Shoot the seat and it will fall adding a Swing Seat to your inventory.
With Chalk and a Swing Seat, you can return to Destroyed Nuketown and work with the broken swing in the Yellow House Backyard. summon the twins and continue with the easter egg.
