Matioscope is one of the last tools unlocked Quarantine Zone: Final Check and is used to check the retinas of survivors for parasites and other anomalies that might indicate infection. Players will feel like real scientists as they zoom in on the different layers of the retina and focus their gaze to better see all the parasites floating around. How to use a matioscope in the quarantine zone: the last check
To use Matioscope v Quarantine Zone: Final Checkaim at the patient's eye and click (LMB/RT/R2). Then focus the gaze by scrolling forward using Scroll wheelor hold (LT/L2). This should give you a clear view to determine if there are any parasites or none at all.
You can use Mouse, WASDor Left stick to scroll.
If you find anything suspicious during this initial search, zoom in using (Q/LB/L1). As you move deeper into the new level, you will have to refocus. You can zoom ints (E/RB/R1)
What to look for in a matioscope
It is easy to see that they exist in the first second no symptoms at all. However, seeing lots of parasites floating around doesn't mean the target is infected.
Most sick symptoms (green) all discover togetherand it will more than one of each type. When a survivor is infected, most of the symptoms of the disease will also be present. As some parasites look similaryou'll have to zoom all the way in to see exactly what they are.
Remember mark all findings in the symptom chart.
When to use a matoscope
A matioscope should be used survivors who have drooping eyelidsbecause that is a sign that something is wrong.
By purchasing a basic upgrade, the metal detector will also check for possible signs. If the eye symbol lights up, check with a matioscope.
However, to be sure and not miss any symptoms, it is very fast do a quick check with the matioscope and you will see that there are no parasites at all.

Players will have to complete the Ask Your Mom quest in Quarantine Zone: Final Check, which requires them to find graffiti poems in the camp.
The main problem arises in the distinction between Adenoviral body, Chromatic staphylococcusand Corneal infiltratebecause they are all orange balls at a distance.
The Ocular Spicular bacteria and Phage complex also looks similar, but the former is essentially pink while the latter is orange. Double checking for discrepancies like this is key to identifying the symptoms Quarantine zone.
