The developer gave players the ability to turn facial animations on or off, and players can switch between the head shapes they own while keeping the same face. While the company emphasizes that it is working to make the new Dynamic Heads as close as possible to the original look of the discontinued Faces and Heads, there is still work to be done.

Despite RobloxPlayers are already pointing out how different some of the new dynamic heads look compared to the original Classic Faces. Roblox It seems to realize that the Heads aren't where fans want them to be yet, as it has announced that it's working with Kestrel Studios to review the Head conversions and ensure they're as close to the originals as possible. It remains to be seen how successful Kestrel is, but judging by the displeasure expressed on social media, many players would prefer that either no changes be made, or that Kestrel quality assurance be implemented before the change is released.

Roblox has undergone many changes in recent years, and players fear that the trend will not end here. The changes to Faces aren't quite finished yet, as user-created static heads have been pulled from sale, but there's still some time left for their creators to update them to dynamic heads. If the change is not completed by June 15th, these heads will be completely removed from players' inventories. As a result, some players are worried about the heads they spent real money on.
As already mentioned, these are only the most recent changes made Roblox. The developer announced it at the end of 2025 Roblox would remove many system badges in 2026. The company also implemented new age verification policies and restrictions in an effort to protect children on the platform from potential predators. It remains to be seen whether the ongoing changes will have an impact on Roblox's total number of players, as it is still one of the most popular games on the Internet today.
