Most fans would assume that there is no other Sun God besides Luffy and Bonney One piece world but they would be wrong because Loki is canonically referred to as the Sun God who will continue to destroy the world.

To understand why Loki calls himself the Sun God, we need to understand the significance of Harley in the land of Elbaf. The people of Elbaf are divided about what the Sun God really is, as well as his purpose.
Some believe that the Sun God is a savior who will save the world from great chaos. Others believe that the Sun God is a destroyer who will cause massive destruction and end the world. Some others believe that the Sun God is the ruler of the world, and virtually everyone has their own interpretation of what the Sun God really is.
Then just look at the essence of what the devil fruit really represents. Devil Fruits come from the human imagination, and as such, anything that humans can imagine can be made into reality with a Devil Fruit. in that sense any version of the Sun God Nik can be turned into Devil Fruit power, and that explains why Loki also calls himself the Sun God..

Of course, different versions of this god could theoretically still exist in the world One piece under different masks.
