This article contains spoilers from My Hero Academia.

Years after Deku inherited One For All, My Hero Academia officially ends his long and arduous journey as a hero. After the defeat of All For One and Shigaraki Tomura, the final season of the beloved shounen anime is over and with it comes a better picture Izuku Midoriya's power level.

There is no doubt that Deku is among the strongest heroes My Hero Academiaif not the strongest ever. His phenomenal display of power against All For One and Tomuru Shigaraki in the Final War undeniably displayed power on a scale never seen before in the history of heroes. However, with Deku loses One For All at the end of MHAhis power level is no longer the same.

Deku was strong with his quirk, but he's even stronger with his new armor in MHA.

  • Deku is the greatest hero of all time.

  • End of the line Deku is stronger than Prime All Might.

without a doubt Izuku Midoriya peaked in the Final War Arcshowing how powerful his powers can be when pushed to their limits. Not only did he juggle the strange factors of One For All at the same time, but he also gained extraordinary raw power passed down from generations of previous holders and reached a level of power that was far superior to the primary All Might.

It's not just the All For Ones who have recognized Deku's power, but also the remnants who have gradually come to respect it his mastery over One For All and the impressive growth he achieved as his eventual successor. Actually, Deku's growth rate was unprecedentedallowing him to adjust to Tomura's attacks and defenses in real time. From overcoming Tomura's super regeneration to potentially getting a one-hit kill, Deku is shown to operate on another level.

Additionally, the more Deku admired the quirkiness of each successor, the more he made One For All stronger, which was key to unlocking his true potential in the final war. In addition Deku also displayed tremendous combat intelligence against Tomura, which helped him counter the deadly attacks and continue fighting despite the strain of controlling multiple strange One For All factors at the same time.

In order to defeat All For One and Tomura Shigaraki, Deku had to sacrifice One For All and destroy the opponents from within. This desperate attempt left Deku with nothing but the embers of One For All, making him unpredictable for days after he destroyed All For One with that final blow. That means that Deku at the end of the series is nowhere near the peak version of himself in the final war arc.

Without One For All, Deku is more vulnerable, but he's not the type of opponent to take lightly. Even the quirky All Might forced the younger version of All For One to acknowledge his power, so the same could still be true for Deku if and when a powerful opponent came along and underestimated his power.

Sometimes I feel like a failure. Like there is no hope for me. But I still won't give up. Never! — Izuku Midoriya

after all Deku still has the combat experience, instincts and skills to juggle the many strange factors of One For All. No one can take them from him because they are ingrained in his mind and body, independent of any idiosyncrasies. It won't be long before someone gives him a mech suit that will give him the medium he needs to fully use his powers again.

While Deku actually lost One For All after facing Tomura Shigaraki and All For One My Hero Academia Season 8, additional chapters released by series creator Kohei Horikoshi have already revealed this Deku was given strong mechanical armor from All Might and Class 1-A, pulling him back to the battlefield once again. This mechanical armor basically gave him another chance to use the lost One For All eccentric factor powers.

It was also revealed that Deku is now the number 4 hero, just one rank from Bakugo himself. However, the conditions that placed him at number 4 are unclear, whether it was strength or popularity. Despite being in fourth place after losing One For All, Deku shows how much respect he has earned from civilians, mentors, and other heroes.
