Yuji Itadori is not the only character Jujutsu Kaisen module who wears a sweatshirt that covers his face, like Dabur's unnamed younger sister also wears a hood that makes her look like a nun. Her first appearance was in JJK Modulo Chapter 9 where she was standing right next to Dabury who was just talking to the Rumelians. Even though she is not hard to spot, it was not right for fans to assume that she is indeed Dabury's sister.
However, in JJK Modulo Chapter 18, the hooded girl appears once more during the Dabur flashback. Her appearance is not accidental as the scene subtly connects her meaning to Dabury's past and present. Like Dura, the unnamed sister occupies a prominent part in Dabur's support system, although her identity is not explicitly confirmed.
With that in mind, it's safe to say Dabur's sister is not in Simuria. Chief Deskunte did not kidnap her or hold her against her will. Instead, he is with Dabura and the Rumelians all this time. For now, Dabura's sister is safe and sound as Jabaloma has confirmed that the Earth is out of reach of the death curse.

Unfortunately, this curse is activated whenever Dabura disobeys the chieftain's order, which explains why he had to kill Dura in a duel. Additionally, the curse on Dabur's sister is automatically activated upon the chief's death, making it difficult for Dabur to assassinate the chief despite his immense power.

Earth's best cursed tool to gain Dabury's trust
To break the death curse on Dabur's sister, Earth's representatives led by Usami offered to track down a cursed tool called the Black Rope in Africa.
