With lower stakes and no other teammates to worry about, Arena can also be a great place to learn those fun combos before jumping into Summoner's Rift.
Miss Fortune and Zoe

Aside from Miss Fortune and Zoe's lane with a lot of poke and damage potential, there is one key combo that makes her pop. If Miss Fortune starts taunting an enemy while they are drowsy from Zoe's Trouble Bubble and right before they fall asleep, then her ongoing Bullet Time will not wake them up.
With a 2.25 second sleep and MF ult channeling for 3 seconds, only the biggest enemies survive their nightmare. It also works with Lilia's sleep, which can be applied to many champions, but is not as reliable a support as Zoe.
Taliyah and the Pantheon
Point & Click CC Instant Burst
Taliyah has great burst potential, but her W – Seismic Shove is hard to hit on moving targets. However, with Pantheon's point-and-click stun, he can easily flip enemies onto his Unraveled Earth and shoot them with Threaded Volleys. Pantheon with Lethality also takes a hit, meaning this simple combo is often fatal.

Singed can be one of the most annoying champions in League face as he runs around poisoning everyone while flipping them and laughing. However, when paired with Zilean, he becomes an even greater terror. Zilean can turn the already fast Singed into an unstoppable psychopath with ridiculous movement speed while also attaching bombs to Singed.
Singed then runs up, spreads his poison, and delivers Zilean's time bombs into the enemy backline before they can react. If Singed wants to deal more damage as a result of being squashed, he can do so with the peace of mind that he has Zilean's ult to revive him.
Nocturne and violin
Fear Lane
Nocturne and Fiddlesticks are all about fear and both use the actual Fear CC mechanic, making for a creepy but successful combo. First, Nocturne almost doubles his movement speed when facing feared targets, so Fiddlesticks can set him up to make it easier for Nocturne's own Fear to land.

The best part though is to combine their ults. Garen & Yuumi

Yuumi basically makes Garen an unstoppable beast with increased movement speed, healing, and shield, and most importantly slows down Yuumi's Q to hunt down enemies.
Although the initial phase can be rough against two ranged champions, Garen eventually becomes indestructible, meaning that Yuumi will stay on top of him permanently and never be attacked herself. They are also a strong duo to play in leagues Arena mode.
Taric & Wukong

Despite being a Jungler and Top Laner, Wukong is no stranger to Bot Lane, having played alongside Senna in previous seasons. However, he can also work well with Taric, who similarly supports him with heal, yet is also a perfect diving partner.
The best part of this combo is Taric's E, which is a stun fired from himself but also from his bound partner Wukong. Unlike the other partners, Wukong can be invisible for a while, leaving a clone behind for confusion while he goes in with a dash and Taric's stun. This combo becomes even more deadly when Wukong can follow it up with his ult, while Taric's ult makes them both invulnerable while diving.
Cho'Gath and Tahm Kench
Two Tanky Boys who can eat their enemies
Cho'Gath and Tahm Kench have similar playstyles; both are tanks, with ranged CC, and most importantly, both can eat champions. They are extremely difficult to kill together in Bot Lane, and once one of them hits a single CC ability, the rest can be pinned down.

In terms of who farms and who plays support, Cho'Gath has an easier range to farm and is probably more dependent on tanky items than Tahm, who was designed as a support. Best of all, though, is when these tank boys reach level 6. Tahm can apply stacks to an enemy, swallow them for a ton of damage, and then spit them out for Cho to enjoy her execution.

Katarina is an assassin designed for multikills and where it's better to fight multiple opponents than Bot Lane. When playing for fun, Katarina can be part of the kill lanes in the Bot, but she needs support to go in first. Rakan is perfect for her with her AoE Crowd Control, but the pair have even better synergy with their Es, which allow them to jump on top of each other.
For example, Katarina could play forward, allowing Rakan to jump to her. He then uses his W to go in and knock down the enemies before Kat uses his own E to jump onto Rakan. This combo is even more deadly after level 6, Rakan charms enemies while Katarina's AoE ult crushes them. They can also use their jumps to defend themselves to escape.
