Quest The Echoes of Victory in ARC Raiders takes players back to the corners of the Dam Battlegrounds map to try to reset the battle plans. These battle plans are located in a makeshift shelter under a broken highway bridge, but players will have to search the area a bit to find them. However, here is a quick guide that explains where to find the hidden hideout and get the battle plans to complete Echoes of Victory Ridge in ARC Raiders.
Getting Battle Plans from Hideout Under Broken Highway in ARC Raiders (Echoes of Victory Ridge)
To start the Echoes of Victory Ridge quest ARC Raidersplayers will have to head to West Broken Bridge landmark on the Dam Battlegrounds map. The area can be found in the northernmost part of the map, just northwest of the Power Generation Complex.
Good: Since it's on the edge of the map, it exists little or no raider activity in the areameaning you can roam freely here without any risk of getting into a PvP encounter. Bad: If you don't spawn nearby, you'll have to a lot of traveling to get thereso don't forget to bring an adrenaline shot or two to make your journey a little easier.
Once you arrive in the area, head to the collapsed highway road structure with toted cars thrown around. You'll see a road construction with a blue tarp, with a bit of space underneath that can be used as a makeshift shelter.
Go under the bridge and inside you will find a metal container. Interact with the container and search Major Aiva's patch inside. Pick up the patch and make sure to put it in a secure pocket so you don't lose it in case you die before extraction.
Once you're done, simply head to the nearby mine and return safely to Speranza. Talk to Celeste to complete the Echoes of Victory Ridge quest ARC Raidersand give her a claim badge 6x Crude Explosive, 2x Processor and a Music Box trinket as a reward.
This will play a short scene that fills you in on the lore of Major Aiva and her association with one of the merchants. Make sure you don't skip this scene if you're interested in the overarching lore ARC Raiders.
