While Marvel Rivals hasn't been released yet, some players were able to try it out early in the beta testing phase. During the beta, players could play as Black Panther, Doctor Strange, Thor and more. Reddit user Noblu8 recently shared a screenshot with IGN Marvel Rivals Moon Knight reveal gameplay. This screenshot shows a small image of Hawkeye in the killing game after seemingly being defeated by the Winter Soldier. The kill feed is similar to that in Overwatch 2which indicates which character defeated another with the account names next to their pictures. According to the kill source, the Winter Soldier who killed Hawkeye is defeated by a punch from the Incredible Hulk. Although it's hard to tell which particular Hawkeye Marvel Rivals Features based on this screenshot, the small image strongly resembles a hero with a bow.
Marvel Rivals' Moon Knight Reveal May Have Spoiled Another Character
While it may have been an accident to include Hawkeye in the Moon Knight footage, one detail may indicate that it was intentional. The account name belonging to Hawkeye in Moon Knight was used for Moon Knight during Marvel Rivals'Introducing Psylocke. That might suggest Marvel Rivals includes future heroes and villains in its reveals for eagle-eyed fans to discover. Subsequent speculation could bring more attention to the game before its release, which could increase interest in it. Hawkeye has increased in popularity over the years with the character's presence in Avengers movies and its Disney Plus series.
