There are many resources to mine StarRupture. Like most games, some resources are common, while others are rare and require building a base to obtain. The game encourages players to build more bases to mine more resources, but it also consumes resources. This is why resource management is important StarRupture.
One of the main resources to mine is meteorite heart, as it is required to build basic cores. This guide will help players find and mine Meteorite Hearts in StarRupture.
StarRupture Tips Guide for Beginners
Master StarRupture with these basic tips for beginners! From character selection to unlocking key tech, we've got you covered.
How to get meteorite heart in StarRupture
Heart meteorite is one of the most easily accessible materials StarRupture. You can find it inside meteorites, which are scattered all over the map and do not have a specific location. The best way to spot a meteorite is look for smoke rising in the distance.
Approach the meteorite and perform one of the following actions:
-
Shoot the glowing areas to get specific ores. Once all locations are destroyed, the meteorite will break and give you the meteorite heart.
-
Take your time shooting Meteorite in one place. This takes longer than mining specific locations, but it breaks the meteorite in one go and you get the meteorite heart and all the other ores it has.
Some of these sources are:
-
Tungsten Ore
-
Calcareous ore
-
Titanium ore
-
Helium-3
Once you destroy a meteorite, you will get a meteorite heart in your inventory. It's easy to miss, so be careful where you place it.
Although it is quite common, meteorite heart is an important material because you need it to build and upgrade basic cores. Just upgrading the base core to level 2 will take around 30 Meteorite Hearts, which will take some time to farm and mine. You can also use meteorite hearts in the analysis station, with each meteorite heart providing 30 data points.
