One of these recent creations, MythicalPingu, shared a YouTube video of his redstone Millennium Falcon. As seen in the video, Minecraft players managed to recreate a version of the iconic Star Wars starship powered by redstone. Impressively, the structure included the entire interior and had a working cannon mounted on top. It's worth noting that MythicalPingu created this redstone creation for YouTuber Lancer, who made a video of them creating a redstone starship in Hardcore.
MythicalPingu detailed some of the challenges of building a boxy version of the Millennium Falcon. Specifically, they noted that the scale had to be 2:1 to solve some of the ceiling clipping issues and to add more space in the rooms for redstone placement. In addition, they detailed the process of commissioning the cannon during assembly. According to MythicalPing, this required the use of fireballs from Ghast Minecraft. However, they faced the challenge of hiding the crowd from being seen from the height of the building. Fortunately, they came up with a solution that worked, allowing for convincing fireballs from the Millennium Falcon.
