In the original Fatality, Ghostface stabs an opponent once when another Ghostface appears behind the victim. The second assassin stabs the fighter in the head, but not before getting a close-up of the victim's eyes. Since Kenshi is a blindfolded character, the developers changed the visual to show a monochrome visual of Ghostface, presumably from Kenshi's perspective. This is a neat little detail that shows how much thought the team put into maintaining the continuity of the game.
