Mark Sammut grew up on the PlayStation 1 and has been playing games ever since, although he's no longer limited to Sony consoles. Although the second half of the year is mostly shrouded in mystery, dozens of 2026 romance anime have already been confirmed, many of which are airing in the ongoing winter season. Honestly, this year has so many romance anime that everyone will probably miss out on a few series that suit them perfectly. While we can't help much in this area, we can at least follow all the anime love stories of 2026, which include both brand new shows and continuations of established series. If all goes well, the upcoming lineup may even surpass the powerful romance anime of 2025.
