Players don't know how well they were 15 years ago. October 2010 was home to some truly huge editions of video games and many of them are still expensive today.
We experienced our first invasion of the wild western zombie apocalypse. We spent tens of hours with a beloved successor to Fallout 3, developed by Obsidian Entertainment. And who could forget to return to the comfortably corrupt Albion Bowerstone streets for the third time. This is just a few of the highlights of the points of that time, so let's spend this article back back at what made them so special.
This month also saw the 2009 console release of The Sims 3. I have always had a soft place for those subordinate versions of the simulation classic.
Red Dead Redemption: Undead Nightmare – October 26, 2010
Red Dead Redemption was launched earlier in the same year and quickly stiffened as one of the biggest games for one player ever created, followed by the Rockstar's Monumenttal Grand Theft Auto. After John Marston at Wild West Circa 1911, it is a serious realism game that contains only signs of paranormal. It was strange when Rockstar followed the supernatural expansion that was the same Halloween.
The immrtual nightmare was a separate spin -off that told the alternative story of John Marston, because the strange plague took over the earth, which caused his family – and then everyone in the ground – has turned into a zombie. It didn't take too seriously, and soon you would eat four horses of the apocalypse, take off the hordes of the undead when they got up from the cemeteries and watched Sasquatch. Why not?
Although people were so separated from the basic game, people fell in love with undead nightmares and the years after 2018 Red Dead Redemption 2 were filled with fans hopeful that we will also see the arrival of undead Nightmares 2.
At the beginning of this year, we got Red Dead Online Strange Tales of the West, but after years, it was not a big problem. For the time being, and probably for good, undead nightmares, Rockstar's reconnaissance ideas remain.
Fallout: New Vegas – October 19, 2010
Speaking of exploratory thoughts, Fallout: New Vegas was the first and only time Bethesda outsourced one of his main series. Only two years earlier came Fallout 3.
Despite the enormous popularity of Fallout 3 and the growing legends of Bethesda gaming studies, which worked on Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim at that time, it was obsidian entertainment that gave Fallout: New Vegas.
The game has encountered comparable popularity and remains a popular game of many people in the series, above Fallout 3 and 4. 15 years later, fans continue this praise when we are waiting for Amazon's Fallout Season 2, which will first bring us back to New Vegas since 2010.
Many fans hoped that the direct continuation of Pad: New Vegas and expressed their wishes that obsidian entertainment would come back to come back the helm. Obsidian, however, continued to create titles such as Pillars of Eternity, Ground and Outer Worlds, which all accepted the sequel in the years that followed, with the outside worlds 2 just around the corner.
Bajka 3. – 26 October 2010
The fable has become an iconic series for Xbox, and while most fans cannot decide on their favorite in the series (reading: Two are the best), Fable 3 took us to our greatest adventure in Albion as we tried to get back the kingdom and stop the spread of darkness before getting married and kicking chickens. You know, usually.
The fable has always been proud of being satirical and outrageous in its comedy, and although many fans loved it, Falble 3 remains the latest game in the series. Although Lionhead Studios worked on subsequent monitoring, Baik legends, the studio was closed and the game was canceled in 2016.
After the legends in 2018, however, Xbox announced that in 2020 a new game called Fable was developing. They worked on the playgrounds, the studio for the Forza Horizon series using the same engine and technology that the racing series was known. Although we have had several trailers since then, fans are still eagerly waiting for possible monitoring until 2010 Fable 3, which was set at 2025, but now sits in 2026 with a large question mark.
Oh, be back in 2010 and get all these great things at once.
