One piece SBS Volume 110 is finally out and fans have quite a bit of interesting information to wade through. While not the best SBS when it comes to providing new information, fans have found out quite a bit about the Marines. This SBS seems to have been dominated by the marines, as fans not only learned about the past of the naval admirals who joined during the timeskip, namely Fujitora and Green Bull, but also learned a lot of information regarding the SWORD members who are active in Egghead.

At the same time, Oda also shed some light on the many vice admirals who were present in the war on Egghead Island who led the powerful Buster Call against the Strawhat Pirates. Fans found out what powers they wield as well as their fighting styles. Amidst all this, Oda also finally revealed some new Devil Fruits to fans and gave more context to some others that were properly introduced in One Piece's Egghead.

The Vice Admirals of the Marine Corps were minor adversaries in the Egghead Island arc. Immediately after it was announced that the marines would attempt to attack Egghead, fans knew that naval vice admirals would be called into action. Vice Admiral Doll was one of the few fans saw early on leading the battleship towards Egghead. It was then revealed that many other vice admirals would be joining them, and the dobermans that fans were introduced to before the time skip were also added. At the same time, many new Navy Vice Admirals were also introduced to fans and their abilities were finally illustrated in the story.

Oda showcased the true power of the Vice Admirals, and while it was certainly impressive in some ways, such as Vice Admiral Doll fighting some giants and injuring them, it was definitely disappointing in others, such as when Franky absolutely destroyed Vice Admiral Red. A king with a strong right. All in all, they don't pose much of a threat to the Yonko crew, but that doesn't mean they're weak. Unfortunately for them, they were up against Luffy's crew and had absolutely no chance of winning against them. Naturally, when new marines were introduced to fans in Egghead, there was always the possibility that fans would see them in action. That's exactly what happened on Egghead Island, and these naval vice admirals faced off against the straw pirates as well as their allies. To stop them, they used their full power, which included the Devil Fruit's new abilities. Oda has now finally named these Devil Fruits and their abilities are clear.

Rako Rako no Mi

Rako Rako no Mi is a powerful Zoan-type Devil Fruit that was introduced in the Egg War. This devil fruit allows the user to transform into a sea otter at will. At the same time, the user can also transform into a hybrid sea otter, allowing them to maintain the creature's powers in humanoid form.

This devil fruit was eaten by Vice Admiral Pomsky. It is quite strong and allows him to channel his immense power through his weapon. Since sea otters are also aquatic animals, it is highly likely that a Pomsky can survive underwater, but most likely cannot swim. It's definitely not the best Devil Fruit introduced in One Piece, but it's exciting to say the least.

Tsutsu Tsutsu no Mi

Tsutsu Tsutsu no Mi, which was eaten by Vice Admiral Urban, was introduced to fans in the Egghead Island arc and is a very powerful Devil Fruit that belongs to the Paramecia class. This devil fruit allows Urban to turn into a cannon or use any specific part of his body to turn it into a cannon at will. That makes him a cannon man. The power of the cannonballs it fires is probably the same as a Navy battleship, making it very dangerous to say the least.

Nori Nori no Mi

Nori Nori no Mi es and Paramecia Devil Fruit were eaten by Vice Admiral Bluegrass. This devil fruit was duly seen in the Egghead Island arc and its powers were also revealed. Like the vast majority of others introduced to fans at SBS, Oda explained his abilities.

This devil fruit allows Bluegrass to ride someone and then permanently control them. The user can even control a powerful Mark 3 Pacifist or stronger people. The only downside to this ability is that it can be countered by strong Haki, meaning it won't work against strong individuals.

Inu Inu no Mi, Model: Hound

Inu Inu No Mi Model: Hound is a powerful Zoan-type Devil Fruit that Vice Admiral Hound of the Marine Corps ate. This devil fruit, as the name suggests, allows the user to transform into a hound-hound hybrid. Since dogs are quite strong, the users of this devil fruit have tremendous strength.

Of course, this is also definitely not one of the strongest Devil Fruits that fans got to see in the Egghead Island arc, but it's impressive to say the least. It should also be remembered that this Devil Fruit gives the power of a ravenous dog, which means it is perfect for combat, unlike others that have been revealed in SBS, such as the Sea Otter Devil Fruit.

Are naval vice admirals strong?

Naval Vice Admirals are undoubtedly quite powerful. However, they are definitely not among One Piece's strongest individuals and cannot be taken seriously at this point. Among the marines, aside from the growing members of SWORD, only the admirals, the fleet admiral, and of course excluding Garp can be considered a serious threat. This means that fans will most likely see some powerful Vice Admirals rise through the ranks like Smoker and make an impression once again.
