Last week One piece chapter was quite chaotic and resolved the vast majority of the conflict in Elbaf, but it also set off the biggest battle of the entire series. For starters, last week's chapter did more than enough to give the Straw Hat Pirates a chance to fight the Domi Reversi army. All the giants are purged one by one in the land of Elbaf and the holy knights are also subdued. With Somers no longer around, Killingham was completely neutralized by the Straw Hat Pirates, who turned all their attention to the one left, Gunko, controlled by Imu.
After Imu destroyed both Brook and Usopp in battle, Luffy and Loki arrived on the scene, setting the stage for the ultimate showdown that will take place in One Piece Chapter 1178. The way things are going, it's clear that the Elbaf Arc won't last much longer now. Most fans expected Elbaf to be a long-running arc, but with the way it's going, it's hard to imagine it stretching past 20-25 more chapters. In other words, it is highly likely that the Elbaf arc of One Piece will end in 2026. Now that most of the threats have been resolved, it is likely that the rest of the arc will only focus on the battle between Ima and the Loki and Luffy duo. If this battle starts in One Piece chapter 1178, it will probably last for at least 20 chapters, which would give Odo enough time to properly illustrate Loki, Luffy, and Ima's abilities.
In the end, Elbaf cannot risk losing this battle because it would deal a huge blow to the entire world fighting against the oppression of the World Government. One way or another, Elbaf has to come out victorious from this battle and at the end of this fight, the holy knights will be defeated and Imu will be pushed by Luffy and Loki.
