How to reach the ending #1
This is the first ending you'll encounter simply play normally. As you play the game, you'll unlock tons of chapters that send you back and forth in time to see the details of the story.
This ending is located at the end of the upper path of Sato's story. After this end you will visited by the Narrator who will indicate the presence of other, alternative endings.

How to get endings #2 and #3
Despite being numbered two and three, it's actually quite possible (and easy!) to see the end of #5 before you get these.
Getting these endings requires a bit of setup:
