Playing old games on Switch 2 is much more fun than playing new games

What is your favorite game Nintendo Switch 2? In the end, do you get to Cyberpunk 2077? Yeah, he's pretty good. Smart to play it right after all those patches! What about Yakuz's 0 director's cut? Great access to the great series! They call it “like a dragon” now! O! And then there's the world of Mario Kart! So many fun courses! To explore so much! This will be a way to relax for years.

All great games, all certainly have a long life. But none of them, none of them, compares to my favorite play Switch 2: download old switching games to find out how they run, and then probably never play again.

I am not interested in updates, I am just glad that my switching games work

You may think, “Yes, of course! Breath of the Wild and Tears of the Kingdom got a switch 2 updates!” No! That's not what I'm talking about! Oh, don't understand me wrong: these are two of the biggest games ever made. Love both to death. Some of the few moments of pleasure I left as an adult came from pushing an expensive plastic figure into the controller, so Link could get more meat with which you can cook.

Nintendo Switch 2 Reviews: and predictable but undeniably impressive development

After spending a long week with the new console, we are ready to issue a judgment on Nintendo Switch 2.

I am glad that these games are updated and run better than ever. The same applies to games with smaller updates, such as Super Mario Odyssey or, I don't know, weapons. Do you remember your arms? It was quite a fight. We can't win them all, people. And even these updates I'm talking about.

I say that I am fully on the sick of downloading old games and digging the cursed switches (I am not telling them a game keys because I have some self -esteem). You can see the thing is that many old switches are running on Switch 2. Not everyone. Not always in noticeable respect. And with a strange tendency to the accident, not always pure positive. But for some – several! – Old Switch Games, it's like running a closed PC game for a little better settings. And let's be real, that's a kind, almost what Switch 2 does the same.

Rather than I buy civilization 7 on Switch 2, I play civilization 6 again, because I want to see how this game runs without patch. And yes! The switch, civilization 6 was playable, but only in the sense that I would have to use the word as “playable”. On switch 2 runs much better with Chop and even less waiting. Instead of pulling out a novel and learning a new language between turns, I have to pay attention because the processor works faster than a depressive mouse running on a bike.

The switch was the last option but switch 2 changes everything

So yes, I want to clap like a monkey on Windup Toy whenever the XCOM 2 frame is smooth, although it also owns it on devices that have already caused it to slip like butter. This is another game I got for maybe ten dollars during the random sales of the eshop. I expected to play it again on switch? No, why should I make intelligent purchases that I planned to use?

It was just fun, but the missions after the first three minutes were in a way that I would describe as “quite not good in any case”. It's solid now! I wouldn't say it looks much better – Switch 2 does not pull the miracles of graphic design – but in fact it works as a better product of entertainment. And they all joke aside, we are all aware of how bad there were a lot of switches of 1 port.

I played Nintendo Switch 2 Welcome Tour so you don't have to, and now I feel like you all owe me money

Welcome to the tour is a bad game, so bad that it is hardly a game at all and it seems that he is happy with this reality.

Hell, some games like Shin Megami Tensei 5 has begun On the switch and often were the worst version when others came out. Is it still the worst version? Likely? But God that the frame rate has improved with a switch 2. And “improved”, I think “is now what we would call acceptable”. It almost forces me to play again, something I will probably try over the weekend and give up after spending twenty hours. You forgot the bottom of the plastic basket.

I discover games I didn't even know I had already discovered

The dragon screams at the top of the tower in Skyrim.

Speaking of it – Skyrim! I know everyone is all about oblivion now, and that's great, I'm proud of you, but I literally lost at least ten hours playing the first pieces of Skyrim this week because I wanted to see how it was running on a switch 2. And how is it running? Good! Almost the same ran on the switch, besides, they feel a little smoother again and are faster among the areas.

Which … just forces me to find more places and put as much as possible in the house and rush to crowded battles. As I repeated several times, literally my own better ways to play such a thing, but why should I do it when the average version of the game is somewhat great now?

Even though I write this column in a quasi-linen cadence, I need you to know that it's all real. I hardly touched some starting games, because I am so eager to find out which ports to suck less! I spent more time in Warhammer 40,000: Mechanicus on Switch 2 than I have on the switch. I will be absolutely honest: I can't even tell you if it is running better. It's running well now!

Your player two will not need a switch 2 or own a copy of the game to be Pauline in Donkey Kong Bananza

Pauline will be playable in Banaze and anyone controls it, will not have to own the game or have to play on a switch 2.

The same applies to Warhammer 40,000: Space Wolf, a game I don't know when I bought and didn't realize that it was erased from history. It's less good than Mechanicus, but it certainly loads! Who knows the last time my license was applied to digital download of the game, but now it is! And I love it!

Is it stupid? Yes. Of course it's stupid. On the new console, I spent $ 450 out of my own money, and my greatest joy is what games I bought years ago, now runs on 30 films in 20 years. Some need to run Garfield Kart in the personal digital environment of foundry that has no professional tools and/or knowledge.

I'm a man who loves terrible, ugly gaming ports. But I also love to improve for unexpected reasons – especially without any costs. Witcher 3 on Switch was my favorite way to play because they created one of the biggest games of all time on the aging iPhone 8. I like it is running even better now. I don't care that my computer can show me the three confused witch in 4K with Nara and the frame fell. I want to see how the worst version is just a little better, as if magic.
