The inclusion of Tinkakin as the next featured Pokemon for Pokemon Go's Community Day should excite a large number of fans. The April event will feature increased rates for both Tinkatink and its Shiny version, with roughly a 1:25 chance of finding a Shiny. Players who evolve their Tinkatink into a Tinkaton during the event will also grant the Pokemon a powerful exclusive charged attack that will likely be the Pokemon's best competitive option. Community Days usually bring benefits beyond the featured Pokemon, from increased Stardust and Catch XP to special research missions during the event.
Before Tinkatinku Community Day Pokemon Go players get plenty of chances to add new Pokémon to their teams. Scopely revealed this recently Pokemon Go's Spotlight Hours will return in late March after initially being removed from the Memories in Motion schedule. The mobile game will run daily Spotlight Hours from March 31 to April 6, featuring a different Electric-type Pokémon for each day of the event. Scopely is also slated for the end of March with the addition of a brand new Gigantamax Pokémon during the last weekend of the month, which will welcome the debut of Gigantamax Pikachu in the game.
