The recently announced Pokemon Pobopie looks like an idyllic fusion of Minecraft, Animal Crossing and Pokemon; He woke up a scary concept of Ditta, which is able to turn into a man. In addition to the ethical consequences of this puzzle – think ditto and feel like a human when he transforms himself? – This means that Ditto can pretend to be another Pokémon, using Squirtle's bubble pistol to a water crop or Bulbasaur's vines to grow grass.
Seriously, the character's arms turn into vines. You can't deny that it's a little scary.
In fact, we saw the Ditto turns into human beings, apparently there was a secondary event in Ultra Sun and Moon, where Ditto turned into five different people. Ditto people also appear in Pikachu detective. At least it's a canon. But still scary …
The Kopie looks like an agricultural simulator where you use Pokémon as an ally rather than the slaves we saw in Palworld. Charmander lights up fire and Scyther cuts crops while building small structures, you have picnics with Pokémon and decorate your small home carpet and shelves. But you can also terraform the soil, dig blocks and create waterfalls. Hitmonlee, of course, sets out blocks.
At the end of the trailer is also a moment where you approach a more classic pokemon viewing angle. We see a chat, bike and even route brand. Does this mean that during the game you basically create your own Pokemon map? Nintendo, this is absolutely Bonkers. And brilliant. Why didn't it do such a game?
It's a kind of game that could bring me back to franchise
From black and white, I did not play Pokemon more than 15 years ago. I just moved out of it all, and although I am still watching some competing battles Pokemon and challenges on YouTube, I haven't been interested in any of the games ever since. Some things from the open world in Arceus looked fine, but it wasn't enough to lure me back like a bunch of bait in the Safari zone.
Of course, like many others, I was swept in Mania Palworld. Palworld reminded me of amazing fun that it is to collect creatures and bend them at your will. Now the hops are trying to do some of it, but from an endlessly healthier look.
Nintendo has now come and slapped the patent on the idea of catching creatures and their use in battle, by the way.
It was also a game that was more of my speed these days. I love sim games, games that you can easily play that require a very little brain power. Sitting with animal crossing during the pandemic is one of my most amazing game memories ever. Do you know what would do an animal crossing even a better game? Pokemon. Duh.
Pokemon Farming Sims is not even a new concept. Not really. Two famous Mods Minecraft, Pixelmon and Cobblemon have been years. They are some of the most popular modes ever to go for this game, and I cannot believe that the executioner in Nintendo has not seen them in the last decade (and their massive success) and thought, “Huh, maybe we should do it.” It looks like an easy victory.
I hope that Pokemon Kopopia is as detailed as an animal intersection rather than just a little rushing work. If you give me tasks to complete and Pokémon that you can hunt or even let me play on the map I created, I will buy the Nintendo switch overnight. If it is just a type of quarantine Pokemon, where you decorate and terrain small space, I am not interested. But anything will show up, I am interested in franchise for the first time in years.
