Pokemon Scarlet & Violet's Double Pack is on sale on Woot for a limited time.
-
The Double Pack is usually $120, so it's just as worth buying Scarlet and Violet separately.
-
If you buy it now on Woot, you'll get a two-pack of two games for $84.99.
Two years after the release of Pokemon Scarlet & Violet and the Switch games are still the latest in the series, TCG Pocket is not included. There won't be any new Pokemon Switch games until 2025 either, which means if you want a new Pokemon game to play this holiday season, it's going to have to be either Scarlet or Violet, and right now you can get both for less.
There was a time in Pokémon history where their tandem games merged into one after the original titles had been on the market for a while, Yellow and Platinum being two of the most popular examples. Scarlet & Violet doesn't have it, but there is a way to have everything from both games in one neat package – Pokemon Scarlet & Violet double pack.

Pokemon Scarlet & Violet are now the best selling Pokemon in Japan
The pair surpassed Red & Green in sales.
The biggest problem with Pokemon doing it this way is how much more it costs compared to the yellow and platinum way of doing things. You're technically buying two games rather than a couple of games rolled into one, and the price of Scarlet & Violet's Double Pack reflects that. At $119.99, it's basically the same as buying the games individually, and you just get a box to store them in. However, if you buy the Double Pack on Woot via the link below, you'll get both games significantly cheaper.
The Double Pack available on Woot does not include The Hidden Treasure Of Area Zero DLC. There is a version of the games that comes with additional content, but that's not it.

No need to rely on other trainers for deals
Woot slashed Pokemon Double Pack price by nearly 30 percent, reducing the cost of both games to $84.99. That's still a bit more than $40 per game, but those of you familiar with buying Switch games know that you rarely get top sellers for anything less than full price. Two of the latest Pokémon games for $60 in an $84.99 bundle is pretty cool, and since it's on Woot, there's no way to know for sure how long you have before you miss out.
When you take trainers to the Paldea region, Pokémon Scarlet and Violet will add 107 new Pokémon for you to register in your Pokedex, as well as a brand new Terastalization system.
The listing states that the sale may take another 15 days. That's great, and there's an outside chance that you really do have the next two weeks to decide whether or not to pull the trigger on the Double Pack. However, the sale will only last as long as the Double Pack remains in stock. Once Woot sells out of the games, the sale ends and there's no way to know how much stock is left until it's too late.
