Omnitower is a massive skyscraper built by OCP in the heart of New Detroit, which falls outside the normal police jurisdiction. But because Robocop is technically an OCP asset, it has a little twisted room to go on a mission for one man/machine. To make things more interesting, the aim of the Metro West attack was the equipment for monitoring and controlling the robocop, which added wrinkle secrets, what mercenaries could be, and raise questions about what they are planning with Robocop under the thumb.

ED can also recover (also to Cooldown) and it is a pleasant reversal of tradition to control the hulking bipedal tank as the power of justice instead of facing an enemy, even if it is a bit.
