If Rockstar is planning a similar timeline, then PC users who have been eagerly awaiting GTA 6 may have a grueling journey of waiting on the horizon, as it could be 2027 or 2028 before the game is ported.

The reporter says that GTA 6 could be delayed again based on "conflicting" news.

The news of the game's delay comes just a week after Rockstar fired back several times GTA 6 developers. Allegations of union busting and protests by employees affected by the layoffs have landed the company in hot water, but insider Jason Schreier says the delay has nothing to do with the recent layoffs. Too bad the wait GTA 6 has gotten even longer, but hopefully that means the game will be even stronger at launch.
