It's always nice to help traders find pieces of the past ARC Raiders. It helps make this extraction shooter a real survival game and sets the mood for what it's all about. In the Root of the Matter quest, the player must help Celeste find the Seed Vault and extract the Experimental Seed Sample. Root Of The Matter Quest In ARC Raiders
The quest begins simply by asking the players to go to the Research Building. It's mid-value loot in the middle of Buried City, between Marano Park and the Space Travel building. There are several entrances to the Research Building from all sides. So getting into the research building shouldn't be a problem.
There are always enemies inside the research building, so always be ready to fight. There will usually be at least one ARC Fireball and one ARC Pop.
Entering the research building will complete:

Go to the Research Building
And a new goal begins:

Search the Seed Vault in the “room with a great view”
Whichever way you enter the Research Building, you'll immediately see a hallway on the first floor that leads to a room with a great view. The room is in the middle of the first floor.
He has a window wide open that actually has a great view of Marano Park, which is also full of ARC enemies, and the ARC Surveyor in ARC Raiders.
The Seed Vault is on the left side of the room marked Cryogenic Hazard. Approach it and interact with it to secure the seeds.
A quest item called Experimental Seed Sample will drop from the seed vault.

Deliver the experimental seed sample to Celeste
The experimental seed sample will be in your inventory, so it's important that you get out of the buried city safely in order to deliver the quest item to Celeste. You can enter a buried city with at least one safe pocket to secure an experimental seed sample, so even if you fell during that run, you won't have to do it again.
