With Burn Scar in the picture, it is possible to achieve Laugh Tale. The identity and mystery of the Burn Scar Man could drastically change the story of One Piece.

Burn Scar officially appears after Elbaf
One piece is filled with many fascinating characters and it is quite clear to see that many of these interesting characters were left out for the Final Saga. The likes of Shanks and Monkey D. Dragon would only make their full moves then, but they weren't the only ones Oda kept in the shadows.
In One Piece chapter 1056, the epilogue of Wan, a very important character was introduced by Eustass Kid a Killer, and that is Burn Scar.. This character is first mentioned by Killer and it's pretty easy One Piece's most mysterious character. The only thing fans know about him is that he has a burn scar on him and that he travels in an all-black ship and causes eddies to sink others.
It could very well be Burn Scar is a character that fans already know, or at least someone who has already been named but not seen. However, it's equally possible that Burn Scar is someone entirely new that Oda plans to introduce in the Final Saga.
However, The truth about the Burn Scar will become clearer once Elbaf is finished. During Jump Festa 2026, Eiichiro Oda dropped his long-awaited annual message. He reveals in the message that Burn Scar can be expected in the next segment of the story, planned for 2026
Of course, this doesn't confirm that he will appear in 2026, as Oda often miscalculates the time he needs to wrap up arcs, but his arrival is definitely possible. Fans will have to wait and see what happens when Elbaf is done.

Burn Scar is an extremely important character to the story. Without Burn Scar, Luffy or anyone else can't become the pirate king and find One piece.
One Piece: Oda finally reveals why Dragon left the Marines
Monkey D. Dragon is a mysterious character, but Oda eventually reveals why he left the Marines in One Piece.
That's because Burn Scar is in possession of the very last Road Poneglyph. Burn Scar is said to have taken the Road Poneglyph earlier to Fish Man Island and is currently keeping it safe. His current whereabouts are unknown, but he is wanted precisely for this fact.
Burn Scar is such a major character that even Kid stated that he will be the key to the war for One Piece.
With all four road poneglyphs, a laugh story can finally be achieved
Road Poneglyphs of One Piece are special. Unlike the normal Poneglyphs seen in One Piece, they are red in color and there are only four of them.
These road poneglyphs are scattered around the world. The first was found by the Straw Hat pirates in Zouhidden on the back of the Zunesha. The Straw Hat Pirates were led to do this in the Whale Tree.
The second Poneglyph was obtained during the Straw Hats' infiltration of Whole Cake Island. Yonko Big Mom had this Road Poneglyph in her possession, and the Straw Hats were able to obtain a copy of it, thanks to Brook's efforts.
The third and most recent was obtained in Wanoin the cave of Mt. Under Yonko Kaido's protection, it was certainly not easy to obtain.
with that the straw pirates have three road poneglyphs in their possession. Other pirates like the Red Hair Pirates and Blackbeard Pirates are also close to getting all four.
The only thing missing is the Burn Scar's Road Poneglyph. Once obtained, the location of the final island in One Piece, Laugh Tale, will be revealed. With Laugh Tale's location revealed, the hunt for One Piece will finally begin and the final war may even break out.
