Sorta Scary Cemetery Story is a side mission available in Pokemon Legends: ZA's Mega Dimension DLC, where players must find the Dormez Bien Cemetery in Lumiose City and say a secret passphrase at one of the gates to find the truth about the ghosts that haunt the area.

How to start a spooky graveyard story
Sorta Scary Cemetery Story can start by talking to him Horace near the east entrance 
Savage Zone 13. If you don't see the quest marker icon on the map at the location shown in the screenshot above, it means that you need to progress through the game's main story to unlock this quest.
Horace tells the players that there is a rumor among the couriers that one of the tombstones in Dormez Bien Cemetery moved at night. However, this seems to only happen when certain conditions are met. The conditions are:

The Dormez Bien Cemetery is located inside 
Savage Zone 4area where you can find 
Gastly, Honedgeand Spinnakerjust southeast of where you find Horace.
To complete the correct conditions for the A Sorta Scary Cemetery Story side mission, you must do the following:

Rest on the bench to change the time of day to night time (there is one in the Pokecenter nearby).

Put all but one of your Pokemon into your box.

Enter from the north entrance of Wild Zone 4.

A cutscene will play where you will be confronted by a group at level 75 Greavard aa Houndstone. Defeat all these Pokemon using the Pokemon you brought to complete the quest.
Powerful level 75+ as a Dark-type Pokemon Pangoro, Houndoomor Tyranitarhe will have an easy time against Greavard and Houndstone.
You cannot catch Greavard and Houndstone who attack you during A Sorta Scary Cemetery Story.
