Another update of the massively popular sci-fi RPG from Hoyovers seems to bring a wide range of new content for fans of the game. The new quantum figure of Cipher saw a lot of buzzing among the fans before her complete release in HONKAI: Star Rail. Cipher will be launched as a new quantum figure of nihility in HONKAI: Star RailWhen her playing was very much concentrated around critical hits, other damage and subsequent attacks. Many fans speculated that it could be a strong new title of title Stellar railway Teams that are able to cause sufficient damage to become a capable character of the PCB. Honkai: Star Railway Leaks show considerable Nerfy ciphers
The new update shared by the prominent Hoyovers Leaker Homdgcat shows several changes with the latest version of Kit Cipher. Depending on the leakage, the CIPHER damage numbers are set to see some dramatic shifts, with ATK scaling to Cipher's Ultimate quantum damage reduced to half. Her talent also records a significant decline in its scaling, and its subsequent attacks now only 150% of its ATK. The Nerfs even spread to Cipher Eidolons, with ATK increased from its ability to fall to 80%.

Now he records another 16% non-O-overflow DMG, which dealt with the subsequent Cipher attacks.
Massive changes in cipher numbers can serve to move the discussion from the character serving as the main damage of the team. New CIPHER changes could move it into a role focused on multiple “sub-DPS” HONKAI: Star Rail Teams, potentially in teams built around characters that have already focused on subsequent attacks. Nerfs damage is also likely to make Cipher a less ideal couple for teams with characters like Acheron and Feixiao, who already have strong opportunities for teammates. Cipher is expected to release on the second half of version 3.3, launched on May 20.
Cipher's Reduction Craidow could look and create more competition between the new quantum character and re -launching version 3.3. Another update to HONKAI: Star Rail Repeated banners for the first two characters Amphoreus are expected to welcome repeated banners, while and Aglaea are returning to the Gacha banner. Both Hir and Aglaea are a popular choice for many teams since their debut, each of which was considered the strongest characters of the game. Version 3.3 seems that within a few weeks it has a stacked set of recommended characters on the way.
