Majin Dabura was strong enough to rule the Demon Realm and Babidi's right hand man
Dabura was once a former Demon King and ruled the Demon Realm with an iron fist Dragon Ball DAIMA. After being possessed by Babidi, Majin Dabura left the Demon Realm on Earth to help revive Majin Buu. There, Dabura fought Gohan to a stalemate before being turned into a cookie and eaten by Fat Buu.
During Gohan's battle with Dabura, Goku and Vegeta both remark that Dabura is about as strong as Super Perfect Cell at the end of the Cell Games. If Gohan had continued his training after the Cell Saga, he would have easily been able to defeat Dabura. Instead, the two are evenly matched due to Gohan's Power Level stagnating in the seven year gap between the Cell Games and the Majin Buu Saga.

Kid Buu is more dangerous than powerful
Kid Buu is the original version of Majin Buu who hails from the Demon Realm. While Dragon Ball Z the anime would suggest otherwise, Kid Buu is actually one of the weakest versions of Majin Buu and significantly weaker than Super Buu, so much so that Super Saiyan 3 Goku is actually able to fight him on par and would have won if not for SSJ3's massive ki drain.
That said, Kid Buu is still extremely dangerous. Unlike Super Buu, Kid Buu fights without rhyme or reason and will destroy the very planet he stands on if he feels so inclined. He never tires, is difficult to read, and learns from his opponents simply by observation. All of this makes Kid Buu one of the strongest and most threatening demons in the Demon Realm.

Majin Duu defeated Tamagami 3 where Dabura failed
Majin Duu was created by Dr. Arinsu and Marba as the ultimate Majin warrior after Majin Kuu falls short of expectations. Dragon Ball DAIMA reveals that Dabura was never strong enough to defeat the Tamagami 3 when he was King of the Demon Realm (and would never have had a chance to fight them using the Majin power-up), meaning that Majin Duu has be stronger than Dabura.
Majin Duu is realistically stronger than Fat Buu and Kid Buu as he is able to keep up with Mini Goku and even has access to his own version of Super Saiyan 3. Majin Duu is one of the main fighters during the final battle with Giant Gomah and greatly assists Goku, Vegeta and Piccolo before Super Saiyan 4 Goku takes full control of the action.

Super Janemba is as strong as Super Buu
Before Dragon Ball Z: Battle of Gods introduced by Beerus, Super Jamenba was by far the strongest villain in Dragon Ball Z movies. Super Janemba is a demon who's very existence threatens the fabric of reality and probably runs around Buuhan in terms of Power Level. As with Super Buu, Super Saiyan 3 Goku simply cannot compete with Super Janemba's raw power.
Goku and Vegeta are eventually forced to perform the Fusion Dance and team up with Gogeta to stop Super Janembu. Super Saiyan Gogeta is so powerful that he kills Super Janemba in no time, but that doesn't change the fact that Super Janemba is in a different league of power than most. Dragon Ball Z villains and an absurdly powerful demon in his own right.

Giant Gomah is borderline unstoppable thanks to an evil third eye
Gomah is not a very impressive fighter on his own and could easily be defeated by any Z-Fighter in Dragon Ball DAIMAeven their Mini variants. However, with the Tertian Oculus, Gomah becomes even more powerful than Buuhan, the strongest villain from the end of the year. Dragon Ball Z. Giant Gomah is so powerful that he is able to fight Goku, Vegeta, Piccolo and Majin Duu head-on without breaking a sweat.
Even Super Saiyan 3 Vegeta struggles to give Giant Gomah a fair fight in his adult form. The only character capable of keeping up with Giant Gomah is Super Saiyan 4 Goku. SSJ4 Goku comes close to defeating Gomah, but the Evil Third Eye gives Gomah immortality that can only be disabled by kicking him three times in the back of the neck, so he survives Super Saiyan 4 Goku's strongest attack.

Towa has fought some of the most powerful characters in Dragon Ball
Towa, Dabury's sister and therefore the Demon Realm, is nowhere near as powerful as her brother in her base form, but she is a true force to be reckoned with as the Towa Demon Goddess. Towa is largely a scientist who creates artificial demons like Mira and Fu to do their handiwork and tear apart the very fabric of time.
The main proof of Towa's strength is the fact that she fought several of them Super Dragon Ball Heroesthe most powerful fighters. Not only did she survive a fight with Dark Broly, she held her own against Super Saiyan Blue Vegito and even battled TIME's Supreme Kai, Chronoa, in his strongest form.

Mira is a god level demon
One of the main villains Dragon Ball Online, Dragon Ball Xenoverseand Super Dragon Ball Heroes alongside Towa, Mira is an artificial demon created to rule the demon realm. Not only was Mira one of the demons in the Demon Realm, his body contains the DNA of several of the strongest characters in existence, similar to Cell, but at a much higher level.
At her strongest, Mira is around the Super Saiyan Blue level and is only defeated by the main character in the end. Xenoverse games working together with SSB Goku. Even then, the fact that Goku needed help indicated that Mira was actually stronger than Super Saiyan Blue, bringing him to the level of Ultra Instinct Sign power.

Demigra fights Super Saiyan Blue Vegito & Lives
Demigra is one of the main villains Dragon Ball Xenoverse and Super Dragon Ball Heroes. Demigra and Chronoa are rivals, and Demigra's main goal is to dominate reality by taking over the very fabric of time. Demigra is stronger than most Z-Fighter god forms, more than capable of fighting against Super Saiyan Blue.
Demigra is also strong enough to withstand Ultra Instinct Sign Goku. In his youth, Demigra needed help to fight Chronoa. Until then Xenoverse and Super Dragon Ball Heroeshowever, he has greatly strengthened and become a major threat to the multiverse and the natural order.

Chronoa is the strongest Supreme Kai ever
The Supreme Kai of Time and 75 million years ago, Chronoa would have been alive when the Glinds still lived in the Demon Realm. In her normal child form, Chonoa does not have much power and needs the help of Xeno Trunks and the rest of the Time Patrol to help her bring order to the timeline.
In her Time Power Unleashed form, Chronoa becomes significantly stronger than most demons, including Demigra. Alongside Super Saiyan God Xeno Trunks, Chronoa plays a major role in defeating Mechikabur during their final battle, sealing him away with his powers once and for all.

Mechikabura is literally immortal
Mechikabura is an extremely powerful demon and one of the few characters Dragon Ball history who actually managed to wish for immortality on the Dragon Balls. Mechikabura can literally absorb anything, including the concept of time itself, making it a huge threat to Chronoa, the Time Patrol, and reality itself.
The Dark King of Mechikabura is so powerful, Super Saiyan 4 Vegito, Super Saiyan God Xeno Trunks, and Time Power Unleashed Chronoa must work together to kidnap him. Even then, they cannot defeat him through traditional means and instead use a combination of Chronoa's Supreme Kai of Time and Trunks' Key Sword abilities to seal him away forever.
