Haki is a spiritual form of energy that can be used in many ways. As fans know, there are three types of Haki. Observing Haki allows one to be more aware of one's surroundings and provides a 6th sense. Loki is the cursed prince of Elbaf. His name was first mentioned in One Piece during the Whole Cake Island Arc about seven years ago. He's been a huge mystery ever since, but Elbaf shed a lot of light on the character. While fans always expected Loki to be strong, no one imagined him to be this impressive.
Loki, with his ancient giant blood, is incredibly powerful. Loki also has impressive Haki, he is also a Supreme King Haki user. But more than that, he has a legendary devil fruit and wields an overpowering weapon known as Ragnir.

Loki is one of the latest Supreme King Haki users to be introduced in One Pieceand his performances are quite impressive. During the flashback of the Elbaf arc, Loki was shown using his Conqueror's Haki several times. For example, Loki fought Ragnir, an extremely powerful sentient weapon. Rocks was so strong that he led the likes of Whitebeard, Big Mom and Kaido. Thanks to this, fans could tell that Xebec was even above the level of Yonka. The name Xebec struck fear in everyoneeven the world government and that's why they had to remove him.

Rocks D. Xebec was an absolute beast. in Elbaf, Oda demonstrated that he was able to easily kill the admiral. While fans don't know how he did it, he probably used his Conqueror's Haki. In the world of One Piece, Imu is easily the strongest character. They are known to be the secret ruler of the world who rules from the shadows and sits on the supposedly Empty Throne. Imu was first revealed during the Reverie arc of One Pieceabout seven years ago. While they were a mystery for much of the story, the Elbaf Arc shed some light on them.
Fans have recently seen a hint of Imu's Devil Fruit abilities, which include demonic contracts as well as mage-like abilities. Of course, fans always knew that Imu would have a strong Conqueror's Haki, and she was finally introduced in Elbaf.

Imu has a devil fruit but also has powerful Hakiincluding Supreme King Haki. In Elbaf, Imu demonstrated how powerful his Haki is, both in the current timeline and in flashback.
In the current timeline, fans could see Imu sends out a powerful Haki blast that could be felt all over Elbaf. In the flashback, Imu was even more impressive. The six highest level One Pieces in Rocks D. Xebec, Garp, Roger, Whitebeard, Big Mom and Kaido all attacked Ima with their Conqueror's Haki. However, it was in vain how Imu's own Conqueror's Haki surpassed them all at once. This is definitely one of the most impressive uses of Conqueror's Haki in One Piece.

Xebec, who was so powerful that he blew away all signs of life within a 5 kilometer radius. Harald's power will only increase after the pact with Imu. It was revealed in the Elbaf flashback Harald was able to face Gaban, Shanks, and Loki and seemed to be able to defeat them all.. That alone is a testament to how powerful Harald and his Conqueror's Haki were.
