The Void Century is one of the most mysterious time periods in the world One pieceand was home to some of the most powerful individuals to exist in the story. It's already clear that some of the most overpowered Devil Fruit users were present in this timeline, especially since this is where the Devil Fruits originated. Although not all of the powerful Devil Fruit users from the Void Century era have been revealed One piece so far Oda has shown quite a few. Needless to say, they are incredibly overwhelmed.

In the Elbaf arc of One Piece, Shanks performed incredible haki feats showing that he surpassed the pirates of the previous generation.
Toki Toki no Mi
The very first Devil Fruit from the Void Century that fans saw in One Piece was Toki Toki no Mi. This Devil Fruit was wielded by Amatsuki Toki, who debuted in the Wano Country Arc of One Piece. She is from the Void Century era and decided to jump several years into the future using the power of Toki Toki no Mi. She eventually arrives in the current One Piece timeline, where she marries Oden and has Momonosuke and Hiyori with him, giving birth to the two most important characters in the overarching plot of the story.
Toki's Devil Fruit allows her to jump through time, and this app of his is incredibly broken. While his fighting abilities were never really explored, he remains one of the most important Paramecia fruits throughout the story, and one that fans absolutely cannot wait to see more of.

The Five Abilities of the Elders
Five elders were confirmed to be fighters in the Egghead Arc of One Piece and each have a a unique Yokai ability they were gifted by none other than Imu. All of them can transform into unique monsters. Saturn can transform into Gyuki, Nusjuro can transform into Bakotsu, Mars can transform into Itsumade, Warcury can transform into Houki, and Jupiter can transform into Sandworm.
These are all monstrously powerful abilities that could hold their own against Gear 5 Luffy. It was also confirmed in One Piece that the Five Elders have been around for centuries. More than 200 years ago, Saint Saturn was alive and well and looked the same as he does now. It is clear that they have been fighting the Imu for a very long time, and as such it is fair to say that these powerful abilities existed in the Void Century as well, albeit with different users.
Ryu Ryu no Mi, Model: Nidhogg
One of the most broken Devil Fruits ever introduced in One Piece, Ryu Ryu no Mi model; Nidhoggwas first revealed in the Elbaf Arch. This devil fruit was eaten Loki 14 years ago when Harald came under the control of the sovereign of the world of Imu. In order to prevent Harald from advancing and destroying the entire world, Loki was forced to eat the devil fruit and also gained the power of Ragnir with it. With these two powers combined, Loki was able to completely overwhelm Harald in battle and reach incredibly high levels of power.
It was recently confirmed that before Loki, god of war from Elbaf he ate this Devil Fruit and even fought against the Sun God Niko once upon a time. This Devil Fruit has been passed down through the royal family for centuries, meaning that it most certainly existed even during the Void Century. Whether or not it had a user back then remains to be seen, but the Nidhogg Fruit could well have existed in the Void Century even if it had no user. The fact that devil fruit has been guarded on Elbaf for centuries is a fact. Oda will surely expand the lore behind this ability even more in the Elbaf Arc.
Hito Hito no Mi, Model: Nika
Hito Hito no Mi model: Nika is one of the most overpowered Mythical Zoan Devil Fruits in existence. Originally known as Gomu Gomu no Mi, the true nature of this power was revealed to fans in the Wano Country Arc. Oda confirmed this in Egghead Joy Boyknown as the first pirate alive, he was a former user of Hito Hito no Mi. He also managed to wake him up as he was the first Gear 5 user in the story.

Luffy's wings, Zoro and Sanji are a powerful duo, but some other One Piece pairings are even stronger.

Nika and Joy Boy were also confirmed to be two different characters, effectively confirming that the latter was a Devil Fruit user. Joy Boy was probably able to develop more Nika fruit powers than even Luffy due to its higher overall strength. Eventually Luffy catches up to him as the Void Century War must continue and Luffy must continue to defeat Ima.

Imu's Devil Fruit
Im is a relic of the Void Century, and Oda has already confirmed to fans that he was alive during the creation of the World Government 800 years ago. Imu also had a connection with Lily, again confirming the fact that he was alive and immortal back then.
Imu is also a powerful devil fruit user, and although the name of the ability is unknown, it is quite clear that it is some sort of mythical Zoan that grants them demonic abilities. With it, Imu can do all sorts of incredible things, such as turning anyone into a demonic slave or wielding the power of immortality and superhuman strength to his loyal followers. Imu's Devil Fruit has many other powers that have yet to be explored, and Oda will reveal them one by one in the final saga.
Yami Yami no Mi

One of the most powerful devil fruits that exist in the world One piece, Yami Yami no Mihe most certainly existed in the Void Century. It's a fact that Blackbeard he chased this fruit for a special reason directly related to his ancestor, Davy Jones. It is also clear that Imu was extremely afraid of Davy Jones and it is highly likely that it was because of this ability.
With the power of Yami Yami no Mi, any Devil Fruit ability can be completely nullified. This may explain why Imu feared it as much as they did. Yami Yami no Mi's true power has probably not been revealed, but Oda will definitely focus more on it in the final saga of the story.
