The Yonko are the four most powerful pirates in the world one piece and almost all of them have incredibly powerful abilities that also include unique transformations. While not all Yonko have transformations, some of them actively rely on them to overwhelm the enemies in front of them. Luffy became a Yonk at the end of the Wano Country Arc and is quite easily one of the emperors with the most graceful transformations. Luffy's Gear 4: Bounceman it is quite easily one of his strongest transformations and he has used it on many occasions. As a Yonko, Luffy used Gear 4: Bounceman in Egghead against the Seraphims and also against Kizaru. This transformation was incredibly useful in these battles, especially when combined with the Armament and Conqueror's Haki abilities.
Luffy's strength and speed, as well as durability, are boosted to a whole new level in Gear 4. His offensive performance is also tremendous, being able to deal mortal wounds to the likes of Admirals and even Yonko. It may not be Luffy's strongest transformation, but as a Yonko it is more than enough to deal with the vast majority of high level threats that exist in the world One piece.

Kaido he was one of the most powerful individuals in the One Piece world. As one of the Yonks, Kaido stood tall as the strongest creature in the entire world. Being a Mythical Zoan Devil Fruit user, Kaido was easily the one with the most transformations.
One of Kaid's most powerful transformation is his dragon formwhich comes with the ability Uo Uo no Mi Model: Seiryu. Kaido was able to transform into a giant blue eastern dragon with sky high durability and the ability to control wind, lightning and also spit fire. Kaido was able to wipe out entire mountains with his power, and his overall durability was such that only a handful of characters could penetrate him, making him extremely impressive.

As a Yonko, the full dragon transformation was Kaido's main form, but his true power was revealed when he went into his hybrid form. In fact, Kaido was able to take his hybrid form to a whole new level when he started drinking, and his Bloodthirsty Drunk version is quite easily the strongest hybrid he has.
In this form, Kaid's already bulky hybrid form becomes bulkier and his overall speed increases drastically. All of his blows are even stronger and he can overpower even Gear 5 Luffy in this transformation. It was one of Kaido's most unique transformations that he didn't get to use enough, but whenever he used it, he showed that his physical abilities were even greater than Gear 5 Luffy. Combining this power with his high level Conqueror Haki and the ability to see the future made Kaido almost unbeatable.

Big Mom she has a Paramecia-type devil fruit called the Soul Soul Fruit that gives her dominion over all the souls that exist in the One Piece world. Naturally, most fans wouldn't expect her to have transformations, but she certainly does. In the Wano arc of One Piece, Big Mom consumed one year of her own life and this made her majestic in terms of size and gave her a huge buff in terms of strength. In this form, Big Mom also had Prometheus fused to her hair and Napoleon became more deadly than ever, while also having Hera at her disposal. With this transformation, Big Mom was easily able to overpower the likes of Kid and Law in battle. In fact, she practically killed them and if it wasn't for their plot, Big Mom would have won the battle. Technically speaking, Kid and Law couldn't even defeat Big Mom despite using their strongest powers. The only reason they were able to win was because they were fighting on a floating island and Big Mom was pushed off it and an island-sized nuke fell on her. Kaido's Flaming Drum Dragon

Kaido's the strongest transformation in One Piece is his Flaming Drum Dragon formand he only used that at the very end of his battle against Luffy. This power caused Kaido to take his flame abilities to a whole new level, engulfing himself in what appeared to be magma and growing several times in size. In fact, Kaido became a dragon the size of an island when he took on this transformation, and just by walking across the island he could basically vaporize it easily. Enemies can't even touch Kaido in this form, and his most powerful techniques, such as Flame Bagua, can wipe out entire countries in the blink of an eye.
The only reason Luffy was able to defeat him was because he created a fist the size of an island with the Bajrang Gun and then used Ryuo's power to damage him internally without actually touching him. This Kaido transformation is one of the strongest in One Piece and truly shows why he was the strongest being in the One Piece world, ruling Wano with an iron grip for 20 years.

Yonko's strongest transformation in One Piece is without a doubt Luffy's Gear 5. He awakened this power in the Wano Country Arc after being killed by Kaido. When his Devil Fruit awakened, it was revealed that it was not actually a Paramecia-type ability, but a Mythical Zoan, called Hito Hito no Mi, Model: Nika. Luffy then used the power of Gear 5, which gives him the ability to fight in an incredibly free manner. His physical abilities are enhanced to a whole new level, and most importantly, he gains the ability to make his imagination his greatest weapon. Anything Luffy can imagine can be turned into reality, and his lack of imagination is his only limitation in combat.
Luffy's Gear 5 is absolutely impossible to stop in battle. Even Kaido, despite having incredibly powerful transformations, was unable to stand up to him. Even the Elder Five fought against Luffy with their immortality being the only thing that saved them. Luffy's Gear 5 is easily one of the most powerful transformations, surpassing the level of the average Yonko, and will continue to evolve as the final saga progresses.
