In the world Borutothe vast majority of powerful characters practice jutsu of various types, and the most dangerous among them are the forbidden ones. Forbidden jutsu was first introduced in Naruto series ages ago and in Boruto series, have become even stronger due to the overall rise of shinobi skills over the years.
Few of the new generation of ninja can use the powerful forbidden jutsu, but some master this great subtype of ninjutsu beyond belief. These characters take their overall skills to the next level by using some of the most dangerous Jutsu ever.

Multi Shadow Clone Jutsu
Multi-Shadow Clone Jutsu has always been a forbidden technique, and this is largely due to the fact that it quickly splits the user's chakra, which could drive them to the brink of death itself. This technique is widely used by the Seventh Hokage, Naruto Uzumaki, and his chakra reserves are so vast that multiplying himself over and over thousands of times has no effect on his body. This means he can safely use this Forbidden Jutsu.
This jutsu was introduced at the very beginning of the Naruto series, but is just as effective as it was back then in Boruto. Aside from Naruto Uzumaki, even Sasuke Uchiha learned to use this technique as an adult in the Boruto series. Unfortunately, Boruto's chakra reserves are not large enough to practice the safe use of this forbidden technique.

Rasenshuriken
Rasenshuriken is an incredibly dangerous Jutsu created by none other than Naruto Uzumaki. He created this Jutsu back in the Naruto series, shortly before fighting Kakuzu. In order for Naruto Uzumaki to use the Rasenshuriken, he first creates a Rasengan and then infuses it with Wind Release, creating a Wind Release: Rasengan, before applying an even greater shape transformation to it. Further refinement leads to the creation of Rasenshuriken.
This technique is incredibly dangerous as it causes cellular level damage to opponents and causes so many microscopic tears in tissues and organs that even the Sharingan cannot count them. At the same time, this Jutsu also damages Naruto's chakra circulatory system. However, Naruto later learned to throw this technique, which erased all of its dangers. Rasenshuriken is still a Forbidden Jutsu, but using this technique no longer affects Naruto Uzumaki.

Byakugou
-
User: Sakura Haruno, Tsunade Senju
Another underrated forbidden technique that exists in the Boruto series is Byakugo. This technique was perfected by Tsunade Senju and was also passed on to Sakura. Byakugo requires the user to store a constant supply of chakra in one specific point on their body, usually the forehead, for several years.
This chakra is then immediately released through techniques such as creature rebirth. This technique grants the user a huge amount of chakra while increasing their regeneration rate to sky-high levels. Even things like halving cannot kill the user when using Creation Rebirth. All damage is healed almost instantly and the user becomes immortal for a short time. Even Ten-Tails Madara's powers were not enough to destroy Sakura when using the power of the Byakuga. It is certainly a forbidden technique due to the long-term effects it has on the user's body, rapidly forcing cell division and slowly pushing the user to the brink of death.

Reaper Death Seal
Reaper Death Seal was always a Forbidden Jutsu due to its dangerous nature. Essentially, this technique summons the Shinigami itself and rips out the target's souls at the cost of the user's own life. This is a double-edged sword, but it's certainly a very clever last-ditch technique. It was first used by Minato Namikaze to seal half of the Nine-Tails inside himself and then again by Hiruzen Sarutobi to seal Orochimaru's arms and take away his jutsu. This technique still lives on in the Boruto era, given that the Uzumaki clan is still present. Whether or not someone can actually use this power remains to be seen, but characters like Orochimaru can summon Shinigami, meaning he should be able to use this power very well.

Formation of eight inner gates
-
Users: Might Guy, Rock Lee
Formation of the Eight Inner Gates is one of the most overpowered Taijutsu techniques in the entire series. It was perfected by Might Guy and is currently wielded by Rock Lee in the Boruto era. The eight inner gate formation removes various restraints on a person's body, allowing them to use their absolute maximum potential in battle. However, it puts a lot of strain on the user's organism, and releasing it up to the eighth gate can cause the user's death, so it is a Forbidden Technique.
In the Fourth Great Ninja War, Might Guy used the power of the eight inner gates against Madara Uchiha and completely overpowered him in battle, but nearly died in the process. Rock Lee has mastered all Eight Gates as an adult, and is one of the strongest ninjas to exist in the Boruto series. This means that his technique is still a forbidden jutsu.
4
Izanami
Izanami is a very dangerous technique that is specifically used by those of the Uchiha. Currently in Boruto, only people like Sasuke Uchiha and possibly Shin Uchiha can perform this technique. Sarada is too young to know how to perform a jutsu like Izanagi, especially considering the cost involved.
Izanami is a very powerful jutsu that allows the user to set up a loop that repeats itself over and over again until the target confesses. This jutsu was first used by none other than Itachi Uchiha in a battle against Kabuto Yakushi by creating a perfect loop. Itachi was able to completely knock Kabuto out of battle and force him to acknowledge his true self. This jutsu was originally developed as a counter to Izanagi, but comes at the cost of light in one of the Sharingan, making it a forbidden technique.
3
Izanagi
Just as Izanami is a forbidden jutsu, it is Izanagi. Izanagi is a very deadly ability that allows the user to turn illusions into reality. This jutsu can rewrite reality as the user wants, and that is its true essence.
Again, it comes at the cost of light in one of the Sharingan, which is why it's a forbidden technique. This means that it is incredibly deadly, as it can even revive the user from death while altering reality itself.
2
Edo Tensei
-
User: Kabuto Yakushi, Orochimaru
Quite easily the deadliest Forbidden Jutsu introduced in the series Edo Tensei. Its full potential was unleashed in the 4th Great Ninja War, where Kabuto Yakushi used it on a mass scale to bring various ninja who had already died in battle against the Shinobi Alliance.
Along with Kabuto, this jutsu can be controlled by Orochimaru who is still alive. He had actually used this jutsu during the Konoha Crush once in the past and had definitely taken it to new heights over the years. Orochimaru is still one of the most dangerous people in the entire world, and even though he's not active in the story at this point, it goes without saying that his arsenal of jutsu is incredibly impressive.
1
Rinne Tensei
One of the most dangerous forbidden jutsu in existence Boruto series, Rinne Tensei only those with the Rinnegan can perform and Sasuke Uchiha is one of them. As seen in the Naruto series, Rinne Tensei allows the user to use the power of the Rinnegan to bring anyone back to life. This is the secret Seventh Path of the Rinnegan that rules life and death and its power is truly terrifying.
Nagato Uzumaki used the power of this eye to instantly bring back the decimated population of Konoha. Sasuke Uchiha can also use this power to bring back anyone who dies, but the cost of using this technique is the user's own lives. That's why it's Forbidden.
