Genshin Impact: Top 10 Factions, Ranked
These are some of the best factions in Genshin Impact that add lore to the story.
Since Chasca's Ascension stats increase her Crit Rate and can be further enhanced with the Obsidian Codex artifact set, she benefits more from the weapons they provide Crit DMG rather than another Crit Rate. Exceeding the Crit Rate would reduce her stat efficiency, so favoring weapons with high Crit DMG will allow her to deal higher DMG. Next to Crit DMG, stats like ATK % and Charged DMG attack they're also valuable for increasing her damage, considering her playstyle, even though the damage doesn't directly scale with the Normal Attack talent. Fortunately for Chasco, there are some excellent weapon options to satisfy both premium and F2P players Genshin Impact.
7 Floral wreathed feathers
- Primary Stats: 510 Basic ATK
- Secondary Stats: 41.3% ATK
- R1 Effect: Reduces Gliding Stamina consumption by 15%. When using Aimed Shots, the DMG dealt by Charged Attacks is increased by 6% every 0.5s. This effect can stack up to 6 times and will be removed 10s after exiting aim mode.
Although Floral wreathed feathers is in the base upgrade on the Chasca weapon list below, this is mainly due to its recent release, making it difficult for most players to get multiple copies for the upgrade. However, it's a solid choice for Chasca, especially when tuned, as it offers substantial Charged Attack DMG support, which is a core part of her playstyle. With a high ATK secondary stat, this weapon can effectively complement her ATK scaling. When upgraded beyond the base level, Flower-Wreathed Feathers can even outperform other F2P choices like Song of Stillness, making it a worthy consideration for players who can invest the time and resources to upgrade it.
6 Descendant of the Flaming Sun
- Primary Stats: 564 Basic ATK
- Secondary Stats: Critical rate 18.4%.
- R1 Effect: After the charged attack hits an opponent, a Sunfire Arrow descends on the affected opponent, dealing 60% ATK as DMG and applying the Heartsearer effect to the opponent damaged by said arrow for 10s. Enemies affected by Heartsearer take 28% more Charged Attack DMG from the wielder. Sunfire Arrow can be fired once every 10 seconds.
While Descendant of the Flaming Sun it has a secondary Crit Rate stat that may seem redundant, it still remains a strong choice due to its effect. Debuff Charged Attack DMG applied to enemies greatly increases its damage. Additionally, her scaling complements well the high base ATK for a 4-star weapon. This weapon allows players to rely on Crit DMG and ATK% for artifact stats, potentially simplifying the build process.
However, it is important to note that Scion of the Blazing Sun is not readily available to F2P players as it is tied to the Battle Pass. For those with access, upgrading this weapon can push its performance ahead of other 4-star options like the Song of Stillness, but without upgrades, its value could fall behind other alternatives.
5 Skyward Harp
- Primary Stats: 674 Basic ATK
- Secondary Stats: Critical rate 22.1%.
- R1 Effect: Increases CRIT DMG by 20%. Hits have a 60% chance to deal a small AoE attack that deals 125% physical ATK DMG. Can only occur once every 4s.
Skyward Harp is a solid 5 star pick for Chasca, mainly due to its availability in the standard banner pool, making it more attainable over time compared to limited banner weapons. Despite having a secondary Crit Rate stat that potentially leads to over-limiting in certain builds, it makes up for it with a very high base ATK and an additional Crit DMG bonus from the passive effect. This pairs well with Chasca's playstyle, allowing her to achieve high Crit while maintaining strong base stats.
However, Skyward Harp's secondary effect, which includes an AoE physical hit, is less beneficial to Chaska, as her damage focuses on Elemental DMG rather than physical hits.
4 A song of peace
- Primary Stats: 510 Basic ATK
- Secondary Stats: 41.3% ATK
- R5 Effect: After the wielder is healed, they deal 32% more DMG for 8s. This can be triggered even if the character is not on the field.
A song of peacecraftable bow from Fontaine, stands out as the best F2P choice for Chasca. His secondary stat provides a significant ATK boost that works well with Chasca's ATK scaling kit. The passive effect of the weapon offers up to 32% increased DMG at max refinement if Chasca remains healed every 8 seconds. This condition is quite manageable with the right team support, especially when paired with characters like Bennett, Furina, or even Xilonen, who are already some of her best team member options.
3 The first great magic
- Primary Stats: 608 Basic ATK
- Secondary Stats: 66.2% CRIT DMG
- R1 Effect: DMG dealt by Charged Attacks increased by 16%. For each party member with the same element type as the owner (including the owner himself), gain 1 trick stack. For each party member with an elemental type other than the wearer, gain 1 theater stack. When the holder has 1/2/3 or more Gimmick stacks, ATK is increased by 16%/32%/48%. When the holder has 1/2/3 or more stacks of Theatrics, Movement SPD is increased by 4%/7%/10%.
Lyney's signature weapon, The first great magic can give Chasca very high Crit DMG while helping her with the Charged Attack effect this weapon provides. However, the rest of the effect isn't completely synergistic with Chasca, as unlike Lyney, who benefits from having characters with the same elements on her team, Chasca prefers her team members to be of non-Anemo elements. This gives her more movement speed instead of being able to gain extra ATK in most of her ideal team compositions.
2 Aqua Simulacra
- Primary Stats: 542 Basic ATK
- Secondary Stats: 88.2% CRIT DMG
- R1 Effect: HP is increased by 16%. When opponents are nearby, the DMG dealt by the wielder of this weapon is increased by 20%. This will take effect regardless of whether the character is on the field or not.
Aqua Simulacra is the best weapon for Chasca after her signature, thanks to an extremely high secondary Crit DMG stat of 88%. While the HP increase isn't very useful for Chaska beyond some survivability, the second effect that increases her DMG if opponents are nearby is quite useful.
1 Astral Vulture's Crimson Plumage
- Primary Stats: 608 Basic ATK
- Secondary Stats: 66.2% CRIT DMG
- R1 Effect: For 12s after triggering the Swirl reaction, ATK is increased by 24%. Additionally, when 1/2 or more of the characters in the party are an Elemental type other than the equipping character, the DMG dealt by the equipping character's charged attacks is increased by 20%/48%, and the Elemental Burst DMG dealt is increased by 10%/24%.
Astral Vulture's Crimson Plumage is essentially the same as The First Great Magic in terms of their primary and secondary stats, offering high base ATK and Crit DMG. However, they differ in their effects. Unsurprisingly, as a signature weapon created for Chasca, Astral Vulture's Crimson Plumage works very well with her, enhancing every part of her effect. The high ATK buff, Charged Attack buff, and Elemental Burst DMG buff are all easily attainable and maintainable for Chasca in most of her ideal team builds. However, it's worth noting that even without her signature weapon, the Chasca is still quite strong, and players shouldn't feel compelled to pull it as it remains a fairly niche bow – unless players really want to invest in the Chasca.
