With My Hero Academia finally wrapped up, it's hard not to want more. Creator Horikoshi turned superhero world building on its head with his world where most people have powers, “quirks”, and only a few don't. With such an interesting concept, there is a lot of potential for more stories to be told, even after Midoriya's story ends.

My Hero Academia: The fate of each main character at the end
Wondering what happens to Deku and everyone else at the end of MHA? This is where everyone ends up.
Whether it's spending more time with already beloved characters, filling out some of the hinted back stories, exploring more of the ideas presented, or simply continuing aspects of the story we have, there are many directions spin-offs could take. Which one you want to see probably depends on what you liked about the opening story, but here are some options.
10
Eri
Sequel to another future hero
Eri may not want to be a heroine, but once she grows up, she's closest to Midoriya, who has an older character. It would be interesting to see her take up her work on his behalf after he saved and inspired her. The same way All-Might did for him.
We could also see the impact Midoryia had on the next generation of heroes, and we could see another child he saved: Koda. Right now, this might be the most interesting future spin-off from this cast of characters.
9
AFO
Darker Prequel Series To My Hero Academia
Since the timeline is a little unclear about the rise of the AFO, it would be interesting to see a spin-off where you witness the rise to power firsthand. It would have a darker tone than My Hero Academia (obviously) and might also give OFA's remnants a bit more screen time.
This spin-off could also serve as an exploration of the chaos that ensued when Quirks first appeared and the political drama that followed. We might even get an answer to what exactly jokes are and how they became so dominant in the world of My Hero Academia.

The Quirk Underground
The criminal world of weirdos outside of villains
As the role of the “villain” occupies a unique place in the legal system that deals with eccentricities, what has happened to organized crime outside of it? Overhaul's arc briefly deals with the world of organized crime, introducing the Yakuza, which has largely declined after the introduction of eccentricities.

It would be interesting to see a clash between the former criminal empires and this new class of villains. Especially if the two become more intertwined over time.
7
Aizawa
Spin-Off Noir-Style Pro Hero
From what we see of Aizawa in the Vigilantes spin-off, his underground style of working for the heroes could make for an interesting series. Not only would fans get to see more of the beloved characters, but the series could have a more grounded tone that better fits Aizawa's vibe as he tries to bridge the gap between villains and heroes.
Also, even though the two are close, we don't see much of Aizawa and Present Mic's fighting style together. When he also takes on the popular Shinso as his charge, there is a lot of potential for interesting team dynamics.
6
Ochako
Take the torch for future heroes
As a compelling student heroine, Ochako has more than enough character to take center stage in a spin-off series about the work she does for a quirky consultancy. We could also see more of the characters we've come to know and love.
She would basically take over as the main character in the story we know so we can continue it. It's the perfect voice for a time of peace, and it would be nice to spend time with these characters outside of the crisis.
5
The Politics Of Quirks
Think of the members of the Meta Liberation Army
There is a lot of politics going on behind the scenes that determines who is the hero, who is the villain, and how jokes are allowed to be used in public. We mainly see this in the main series when the roles in the Meta Liberation Army are revealed to include a politician, a journalist and a company boss.

Sounen, or shounen, is the most popular manga genre. Here are the best ones you should read right now.
While their story has been told, it would be interesting to see how others like it. Who is trying to pull the strings to regulate vagaries? How has this world been defined, for better or worse, by these actors, and who is working to change what has been established in the future?
4
Lurkers
Exploring what it means to be a hero
As the story progresses, you learn that Kamui Woods has become much more popular since a fascinating documentary detailing its dark past was released in space. That sounds incredibly promising, and it would be great to learn more about the character based on that juicy story tease.
Plus, he and the other two members of the Lurkers, Mt Lady and Edgeshot, have fun chemistry that would make for an interesting group dynamic in a spin-off. This could also introduce many more professional heroes who would have a different perspective than the students.
3
Spinner
Leftover voice of heteromorphs
As one of the last surviving members of the League of Villains that the heroes failed to save, Spinner only became more interesting and emotionally complex. He was already the narrator of the most unique arc of My Hero Academia, so he could take that role again.
Not only did we get to get more of his experiences in League of Villains, revisit fan favorites, but we also got to see how their legacies live on in the world after their deaths. We could also get a much more personal insight into the world of heteromorphic/homomorphic relationships. We might even see the impact his book had on this minority.
2
International Weird Stories
Looking at how the strange revolution took place in new places
Because it is a manga written by a Japanese in Japan, My Hero Academia takes place in Japan. So we have a good idea of how idiosyncrasies developed in Japan and the impact it had on the rest of the world. But the series occasionally looks abroad, especially with movies.

1
Almighty
A prequel about the man who inspired it all
It's a shame we'll never see All-Might at the height of his powers, but a spin-off series could fix that. As an incredibly powerful character who inspired almost every student in the series, it would be very cool to see what all the hype was about.
There are also several questions that this series could answer, such as how All Might and Nana originally met and what their training was like, how All Might and Naomasa Tsukauchi became so close, and what Sir Night Eye was like as a sidekick. What better prequel could there be to honor Midoriya?
