7 Sentan Hakuya
An elaborate way to teleport from one place to another

Bleach it has a lot of style to the point where simple teleportation looks amazing. This particular technique is used by both Tosen and Gin to teleport anyone within the spiral they have created.

After merging with the Hogyoku, Aizen gained powers that arguably made him the strongest shinigami to ever exist in the land. Bleach. As his body attuned to the Hogyoku within him, Aizen developed the ability to teleport from one place to another almost instantly.
This was meant to be a taste of his incredible abilities, but Ichigo's accidental power-up ensured that Aizen's true potential would never see the light of day. A single Mugetsu was all it took for one of the best villains in shonen history to see his triumphant run come crashing down.
3 Kaido
Kido healing techniques that are useful for obvious reasons

Kido is a form of magic that can be used in a variety of ways. This also includes healing, with Kido's restorative spells collectively known as Kaido. Considering how many times shinigami v Bleach are wounded time and time again, it's easy to see why Retsu Unohana and the Fourth Division were crucial to ensuring the survival of Soul Society.

The Almighty is one of the most powerful techniques in the Bleach. Yhwach uses it constantly in battle to alter the future and negate any critical damage, but that's far from the only way the Almighty can be used.
It allows people to see into the future and allows them to rewrite fate, making it a useful technique in and out of combat. The fact that Jugram became a force to be reckoned with while Yhwach slept and gave him the power of the Almighty shows just how formidable this technique is in Bleach.
