The best remasters of video games that could be remakes

Recently, we have received a lot of remaster and remakes to a point where it is difficult to distinguish them. Usually, the remaster is when the game is functionally the same, but has updated graphics or sound, while remake fully rebuilds the game from the ground up using a modern engine and often with new content or mechanics.
