The Black Ops 7 update adds a fan-favorite multiplayer map

New playlist update for Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 added one of the franchise's most famous multiplayer maps: Nuketown. With today's update, Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 now contains a total of 4 remastered Black Ops 2 maps, including a 2025 variant of Nuketown as seen in the 2012 shooter. As a direct sequel Black Ops 2latest Call of Duty The title features plenty of throwbacks to the classic shooter, including four remastered maps, iconic weapons such as the MSMC (now known as the MPC-25 in Black Ops 7), and others. Treyarch also plans to give some to fans Black Ops 2 maps that have never been remastered before, the first being Meltdown in Season 1. It will be joined by Standoff, which has already been remastered once a year Black Ops Cold War. There are also plenty of other maps that haven't been remastered yet that may be added in the future, including Yemen, Plaza, Cargo and many more.

There may not be a Double XP event alongside today's playlist update, but Activision is making it easy for players to earn Double XP tokens for Call of Duty: Black Ops 7. In addition to numerous promotions with the likes of Monster Energy and Little Caesars, the publisher is giving fans a total of five 1-hour Double Level XP Tokens and five 1-hour Double Weapon XP Tokens simply for logging into the game. The only catch is that this offer is only available for a limited time and will end when Season 1 launches.
