Reports about the menu seem to be mixed, with some users saying they are unable to find it, while others find it without issue. It appears that the discount could be targeted, meaning that not every Cash App user will receive it. The best way to find out if you've been given a discount is to search for the PlayStation Store in the Cash app. If it appears, simply link your Cash App account to your PlayStation account under Manage Payments.
