A common problem for new players Starsand Island is the place to get all the meat needed for cooking. The game is full of cute animals that players can interact with, pet, feed and even farm, so no one wants to see them harmed just for a few pieces of meat.
The good news is that getting meat in Starsand Island it is safe, non-violent and easy. Players simply have to visit a specific store in a nearby town and ask NPCs for protein-rich meat and poultry.

How to get meat
Players can visit Zerine's General Store and buy meat from the Ingredients section. Currently, shopping is the main way to get all types of meat except for Maso Bites. Fortunately, the slaughter of farm animals such as cows, sheep and pigs is not included Starsand Island.
Meat can also be found in some treasure chests or obtained as quest rewards and NPC gifts. However, these sources usually provide only small quantities and are unlikely to meet all cooking needs.

Meat Bites are nutritious by-products of the processing of various types of meat and are popular with both the citizens of Starsand Town and the animals. To get a meat bite, players must place pieces of meat (pork, mutton, poultry, or beef) into Separator. The device processes the meat and creates several bites of meat in seconds.
How to get a separator
Players will receive the Separator Blueprint at Zerine's General Store as part of the “Blueprint Pack equipment.” They can then use their workbench to craft it from basic materials such as stone, softwood, and fiber.
How to cook meat
Players must set up a campfire, oven or stove on their farm to cook various meat dishes. Early game recipes include Spicy Boiled Beef, Chicken Braised with Mushrooms, Sauteed Vegetables with Meat, and Soup Dumplings.
Some foods provide temporary buffs, such as Battle Spirit, which increases attack power and can stack up to five times.
