How to cheat your sims 4 career with mods
At most there are two mods Sims 4 players will have – MC Command Center and UI Cheats Extension installed. Players can use each of these mods to cheat in their career The Sims 4. Here is the procedure:
These are script mods, so players must make sure they have script mods enabled The Sims 4. Players need to see if the Scrips Mods Allowed box is checked in the Other section of the Game Options menu. If not, they need to check and restart the game to enable them.
Cheats UI Career Expansion Cheats
Mod UI Cheats Extension not only allows players to promote and demote their Sim from their current rank, but also allows players to change their current job performance, career industry chance, and complete their daily job task and current level promotion tasks.
To access these detailed cheats, players must open the Jobs tab in the panel at the bottom right of the screen while in a career. Then all you have to do is right-click on the green bar with the current position name or then on the job icon. This will allow them to access a menu with the following options:

MCCommand Center Career Cheats
If players want to make more changes, they should download the MC Command Center as it gives them access to more customization options. In addition to being able to level up or down a Sim, with the MC Command Center, players can change the number of vacation days available to them.
To access Career Cheats in the MC Command Center, players must select a Sim, click on the Deadpool icon, and then open the menus in the order MC Cheats > Cheat Sim Info > Career Cheats. In Career Cheats, they can promote or demote a Sim, have them quit their job, and can choose how many vacation days they can take. With MC Command Center, players can set up to 99 days of vacation so their Sim can enjoy life for free while they get paid.
