Of course, it is not that detailed, but the shape is very distinctive for the school. One player in the thread wasn't sure if it was the College of Winterhold or another tower, but another user gave reasons why it's an iconic location, claiming that “you can clearly see the shape of the pillar of earth it's on. the jagged dark area to her right is the tower of the Temple of the Nightcaller.”
