Before leaving Capcom in 2022, Hiroyuki Kobayashi helped almost three decades in the top company to mention some timers. Kobayashi served as a producer at Devil May Cry and Devil May Cry 4, original Dragon's Dogma, Resident Evil 4 and more. After his service to Dante and Leon fans everywhere, he moved to Netease Games, where he has since played a similar role.
The point is that we did not know anything about the subsequent project Kobayashi. We knew he was doing something, and we knew it was an action RPG. That's all. And although it is technically, it seems that things will change in a big way – and soon soon.

The man of his words
In a new interview with the Japanese publication Famitsu (seen by automatic!) Kobayashi provided a promising update:
“On our New Year's postcard for 2025, I said I wanted to announce it by the end of the year, and as a man of my word I want to have this promise. We have already entered the second half of the year, but we assure that our studio is already preparing for announcements.” -Hiroyuki kobayashi
Although there is no reason to doubt the integrity of Kobayashi, the development of games is a complicated business, and it makes it easy. As far as these things are concerned, it is always best to maintain tempered expectations, but the founder and CEO of the brand new studio GPTRACK50 has actually undergone a little detail, which will further solidify the likelihood of a full announcement by the end of the year.
“As for how far the development has advanced, we are going to enter the voice recording phase,” Kobayashi added. Voice recording can come at different times during the production process, but rarely comes in particular soon. This is a good sign that without the name of the RPG action, it is well stimulated.
Kobayashi was noticeably proactive when he avoided the hope of his fans for something he was accustomed do. “[T]There were many people who expected it to be something like Devil May Cry because I was involved. It is not good to give people a bad idea of what to expect, so I finally called it an action RPG. ”
I do not complain about one; RPG mechanics tends to increase my hype rather than blow it. Yet we can always use more DMC-EQUES in the world, so maybe one day the producer responsible for supervision of the first adventure Dante fires a spiritual successor.
