Dragon Ball Super had serious animation and direction problems in its early story arcs, largely because the animators weren't given the time they needed to do each episode justice. The anime remake begins Dragon Ball Super: Beerus it's not only a follow-up to the series adaptation of the Galactic Patrol prisoner saga, but probably a way to do it right DBS so that new fans don't have to suffer through bad animation until Tournament of Power. Dragon Ball DAIMA doesn't have this problem at all.
Dragon Ball DAIMA has been beautifully animated and directed since Episode 1, featuring truly cinematic quality animation that only gets better in the last few episodes of the anime. Battles are extremely fluid, characters are amazingly expressive, and Demon Realm's world design is vivid as if it jumped out of the pages of Akira Toriyama's concept art. Even the worst episodes Dragon Ball DAIMA they are wonderful to watch and take on the best of the best Dragon Ball Super.
Dragon Ball DAIMA is a visual feast for the eyes and in a way it lives up to Akira Toriyama's characters and story Dragon Ball Super he could never be outside the movies.
