This means that in the future where Konoha was destroyed, it is highly likely that Shinju Jura and Hidari were involved.
The two haven't moved on Konoha yet, but when Mamushi starts losing, it's possible they'll suddenly appear. This would require Konoha to split up their forces and send some after another Shinju. For example, the likes of Sarada Uchiha may then be pitted against Hidari, while Boruto and Kawaki may have to face Jura, leaving someone else like Daemon to face the threat of Mamushi. This will make the arc that much more exciting and raise the stakes through the roof.
Kishimoto and Ikemoto haven't put a foot wrong so far in the current arc of the Boruto series, but that's what makes the 32nd chapter of this manga all the more important. As he deals with Mamushi's threat, the story takes a very unique turn that could make or break him.
