How to increase the elegance attribute where the winds meet
Increasing Elegance Points v Where the winds meet can be done either by filling Kitty lover performance or A gourmet challenge. It can be a bit tricky to detect these two activities, but the gist is there exploring and observing the map.
Players will have to do a lot of exploring and searching Cats to petand Food stall vendors where they can try local delicacies to enhance their elegance.
Cats are the easiest to spot as their meows are quite loud and players can also visit them Meow Meow Temples in both Kaifeng and Qhinge to get a few simple points of Elegance. However, there is also a better way to spot them, and that is to pay attention to other players' messages left at signposts. These will often lead to the discovery of new kittens for players to pet.
Pet cats, easy walk up and press 'E' and select the dialogue option 'Pet the Cat'. Make sure you don't press space and skip the cutscene or the Elegance Point collection won't count.

Once players have collected all Food Delicacies from each region, they will unlock Gourmet rewardsand also receive Elegance attribute pointsand also lots of exploration points for the area.
What makes elegance where the winds meet?
Elegance is an aspirational attribute which rules Exploratory skills related to charisma. For example, Disguise as an NPC, Credibility, Gift of Garb bonus passives, Persuasion tactics, Persuasion (requesting items from NPCs) and so on.
Increasing elegance will unlock more passives that will benefit exploration by giving players more chances to succeed in some of the aforementioned attempts. When conversing with NPCs using AI chat, Elegance also helps players convince and befriend them.
The more Elegance a player has, the easier it is for them to triumph in social skills and the easier it is to get out of unreasonable demands such as get an NPC to give up information or valuable items.
